   I dont know where to even start with this company, compulsive liars and probably the worst garage i have come across the last 10 years of working in the motortrade myself. It all started with my dads vehicle having a rear crankseal replaced as it was leaking, when carrying out the repair they rang my dad and asked if he would like a clutch and flywheel to be replaced at the same time and my dad said yes. My dad then paid the invoice over £1000 and the invoice stated "renew flywheel" Several Months later the car had a bad rattling noise coming from the flywheel, they said no worries we will replace it under warranty, so my dad left the vehicle with them all day and richard said he took the flywheel out and has sent it to warranty to my dad. My dad then collected the vehicle and the noise was still there, they stated they think its the crank now but it was definitely flywheel. I then got involed as i work in the trade and i contacted the suppliers to find out the car has never even had a flywheel ever!, i rang richard and was not happy as he has lied on several occasions to my dad. He then admitted to me the car never ever had the flywheel, as i found out before i called him and he also said the gearbox never ever come out the car but they did a clutch apparently.. I then proceeded to contact the owner but Richard stated he will speak to him and get back to me on what they could do and how this could be resolved, he then told me they arent willing to do anything to help other than go through the warranty company even though they never even replaced the part, being in the trade this was quite amusing to hear. We then reached out to the owner who knew nothing about it so richard lied again.. shock. The owner then stated its our word against Richards and he cant do anything other than do a dodgy claim through the warranty company, they even suggested claiming it as a completely different part altogether. Utterly useless Richard is and the company are as dodgy as they come, if you like your car i would take it to a proper garage that will look after your car and actually book out part numbers on the invoices for starters. Unfortunately i have to give 1 star but i wouldnt even give them that if i could. Do yourself a favour and take your car elsewhere.

   Popped into BVS after my MOT with my usual dealership flagged up an issue with the battery that needed sorting asap. Usual garage couldn’t fit me in for months but BVS got hold of the battery it needed the same day I enquired and said to pop in whenever. Went back the next day and they fitted it straight away, no waiting around with an incredibly reasonable price. Car is working beautifully and no longer having any issues with it starting! Thank you guys!

   Brilliant garage that has helped me out a great deal over the last few years; be that a car that flies through its MOT, to a car that requires work; work performed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Even small issues such as a battery check, or a couple of days ago, an issue, that turned out to be a fuse. They’re always willing to help, and have got me in at short notice on more than one occasion.

   After checking the work they carried out. They only did about 70% of the job I paid for. You can see where they've cut corners to get the job done quickly. Definitely won't use them again
