Ordered a car part on eBay for 1 week delivery. Delivery times were misleading from the start – item was marked as dispatched while it clearly was not in stock. Almost 2 weeks delay with no proper tracking or shipment date. When the item finally arrived, it was the WRONG PART and did not match the description or advertised compatibility. Seller then blamed me the buyer instead of taking responsibility for their incorrect listing and wrong description. Return process was handled the same very poorly: Seller initially refused to cover return postage Then marked the return label as “sent” on eBay, but never actually sent it. Repeated chasing was required. And then eventually had to contact eBay over the phone . The worst part: when I asked for an exchange, I was told they would only help if I removed my negative feedback on eBay first. This is clear feedback manipulation and completely unacceptable. Unprofessional communication, misleading listings, dishonest handling of returns, and pressure to remove negative feedback in exchange for resolution, repetitive breach of my consumer rights . Avoid this seller at all costs.

Jeep vehicles are excellent but some parts are not commonly held in UK. For several years I have used Jeep-Chrysler.co.uk - now Vidarr Automotive - as my go-to source for all such parts. Jack and Philip are knowledgeable and very helpful, with very competitive costs. Occasionally a part may only be available from USA but Vidarr use the excellent FedEx to ensure fast and efficient delivery. The rare occurrence of a faulty part has been resolved quickly with no problem. Thoroughly recommended.

Don’t bother unless you wants poor quality items and useless customer service. My car failed its MOT in October 2024 as rear tie rods ends had failed. Seen this company on eBay with good reviews, so ordered from them. Turned up pretty quick and garage installed to car. My car went in for an MOT inspection October 2025 and the tie rods had failed already. Car done less than 3000 miles. Messaged them online, had a reply back from Jacek, told me to check when I ordered as only have 12 months warranty. This was a few days over the 12 months. Messaged again and they were adamant they wouldn’t do anything. When I asked Jacek for the companies trading address to write a letter, he simply told me to check the eBay store or invoice for it. Company certainly has no understanding of Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and last a reasonable length of time. Given the extremely low mileage and short lifespan of these parts, I believe they fall short of those requirements. Find another supplier

Purchased egr valve fiat ducato and is faulty,l've tried to get a refund pr replacement but they won't send replacement before egr is removed l showed them the code and they still saying they need the part .how can l if mechanic is charging for removing it as not a easy job. Why they don't do quality test before sending it over.Chinese cheap products. Avoid and buy from maidealers like Gsf at least you don't struggle with faulty items
