   Don't bother driving an hour to visit the so called number 1 kart store. You maybe faced with a bold headed, most arrogant gent who can't be arsed to help or assist helping you purchase items. Shocking! I will spend my money elsewhere with a company wanting a customer base! Update edit, found out this arrogant gent is the MANAGER!!!!! I would be looking for a new manager Nick, Gary's attitude is terrible. The two girls who I've been served/helped with in the past are so helpful and even yourself Nick discussing a wheel set on your day off packing for a skiing trip. Now that's service but regarding the service today i won't be using KKC again!!

   Have bought in the past kart components etc, but on this occasion the item was sold for next day delivery but then I received an email will be dispatched in 7 days! The WhatsApp chat were extremely helpful and cancelled the order for me BUT now I have to wait 7-10 days for money back which I find is quite poor. It does make me think twice about ordering from kkc again

   Absolutely useless. Hardly ever answer the phone. Never got the parts you want, even a standard 12v battery,. When you're in the shop it takes ages to get served, then you have to wait even longer for the parts to be sorted, by this time you've missed your practice session. Parts and tools are more than double the price if you got them form elsewhere. For God sake get your act together.

   I'm not getting the poor reviews here. Being a noob I've always found the guys very helpful when I ask for a replacement doojerry flip or a fixing nipple. Online service is also efficient and fare priced.
