   I used this garage before ,through my insurance, service and call backs then were very bad. I thought it was just me being too impatient, but after reading recent and other reviews, I feel much more relaxed, but shocked at how many terrible stories there are to do with over charging replacement parts which never got replaced in the first place.Their estimator (Jacob) overestimated a small dent on my VW Tiguan today which should have been no more than £200 going by the last manager (Dwayne). He will tear all your arms off, deep pockets are needed, stay well away, best advice. He called back to say my whole wing needed replacing and said the door needed a full repaint, just for a small dent!! Anyway, I spoke to the receptionist named Will, he and the company do not care, make sure to read the other handfuls of terrible reviews Anthony P

   Avoid this place at all cost. I had a 3rd party claim and churchill was dealing with me. As they are in partnership with this garage i had to take my car to them. Long story short they damaged my car 2 TIMES in 4 weeks time they had my car. At the end of the day they didnt apologise for that and churchill had to apologise for their incompetency and gave me 200 pounds in cheque as well.

   If you are reading this before taking your car here then please do read on . DO NOT under any circumstances take your car here. They do not phone you back , they tell you lies , they tell you that they have fitted parts when they haven’t and they DONT tell you when they haven’t fitted new parts just put the old ones back on. If I could give this place a minus 10 then I would believe me . After 3 months yes you read that correctly, 3 MONTHS I am finally getting my car repaired at an approved dealer which I should have done in the first place . If your insurance company says to take your car somewhere else other than here you will have to pay extra,then pay extra because if you take it here you certainly will PAY.

   Really unhappy with this garage absolutely useless my partner put his car in due to a problem they had the car six weeks, a courtesy car was provided. We never got calls of an update they then called and said 6 weeks later it’s a warranty issue with VW why was we not told this 6 weeks ago!!! We got the car back on and empty tank when it has a quarter of a tank in it!! I’ve been asking for paperwork and they provided a invoice that was drafted up on the same day I asked and will not give me the paperwork request just car Clinic Sort yourselves out and put customers 1st!!!

   Absolutely unacceptable treatment. This garage does not want to fix anything private. But instead of telling you that, they lie to you that quote is with estimator. I wasted a week. Never came back to me. And I called and emailed until I got fed up...I guess that's their trick. The guy at the reception WILL works for this company for years (still acts like he is clueless employee) and he will lie and lie and lie. I went to another garage, got the quote the same day. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT PRIVATE QUOTE. Not worth waiting.
