Broke down needing a header tank for an e46 and GSF had one on the shelf. Uber to collect it and part replaced within 2 hours and back on the road. Great service for what is now an older car. Thank you.

Ordered a part for my car online and when it came it didn’t fit. Returned to store as per the policy and the store was lovely! However I had no documentation to state I returned it. I called to chase my refund as it has been 2 weeks and been informed the main distributing centre has still not received my part and my refund has still not been issued. Be very wary ordering if you need something done fast or are on a strict budget

Went into banbury today and was served by a lady called Debbie (I think that was her name), we needed some glow plugs which seemed more expensive than I thought, so ordered online with a discount ode that gave us around £30 off. Debbie said it would take around 30 minutes for the order to ome through, so nipped over to b and q. When we cam back she had the order ready and waiting for us, she said she was looking out for it. I can't rate the service higher for this young lady, she was exceptional, and went above and beyond. I even heard other customers in the queue saying how good she is. Well done Debbie, and thank you for your help.
Battery had significantly gone up in price from when we wanted to buy it, couple of hours but shop said they would honour the price we saw. Very good price.
