The agents there are very friendly, and always willing to help. In particular James Turner helped me with addressing all the issues which came along what appeared for me as quite stressful move from Surrey to Norfolk, thanks James again
We were able to find a suitable place to rent in a very short time thanks to the super efforts of James of the Wymondham office. Such a difference between him and the other agents we came across.
Only given a one star since zero is not an option. William H Brown Wymondham gave me the wrong keys for my new home, then denied doing so before attempting to try and let myself into my home without prior consent to check if they had now found the correct keys (they hadn't). Never apologised and denied any responsibility or wrongdoing in keeping the keys safe. Avoid at all possible costs.
VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. Misleading information about buyers status for six months, kept being told mortgage was coming through within days.. Still not sold and left in financial uncertainty.. Poor communication throughout. VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
I brought my house through William h brown. All the service I recieved was amazing, my sale was extremely long and difficult but I had regular updates and support from the team. I would highly recommended them.
Unfortunately a most unhappy experience. Found us a buyer [which any agency would have done frankly] and then did not communicate with us, other agents or our solicitors for over three months. Didn't even know we had exchanged contracts! We have formally complained and they have said it is not a 'service level agreement' and have offered derisory compensation for their appalling service. We will never use again.
