   Been using UtB now for a couple of years. Sam and Shaun are always super friendly and helpful. If I have an issue they can't deal with (like automatic gearboxes) they will recommend places that can help. They are very upfront about prices and will never change the price without discussing it with you first. They've always managed to fix my cars the same day I brought it in. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

   Have used these guys before and they are great! Had to have them check it out again today for intermittent issues with the engine, they spent some time on it throughout the day getting diagnostics for me, they contacted me with what the issues were letting me know its something they sadly could not help with, but detailed instructions of what is needed, and they charged me…. Nothing! I owe these guys a case of beers when i have a car to drive to them again!

   Called this garage with no appointment as I realised I had a brake light out (passenger side). They said they could help & bring it down as soon as possible. The lovely man (whose name I rudely forgot to ask) took less than five minutes to change the bulb & off I went. Very professional, very helpful & very friendly.

   Had an unfortunate encounter with a man who works at this garage whilst visiting a neighbouring premises. As I stopped my car to enquire where I needed to go he was very aggressive and rude to me telling me to move my car immediately as I had ‘dumped’ it. I explained I was just trying to find out where to go but he continued to be intimidating and rude. As a woman on my own I found this incredibly harassing and distressing. There was no need for his intimidating behaviour and based on this I would absolutely not even consider taking my car there and it has unfortunately put me off visiting any neighbouring business in future in case I were to experience this again.

   Being female sometimes you wonder if garages are trying to rip you off or make up issues. These guys have always been nothing but nice and been so reasonable with their pricing. Work is completely quickly and they always keep you up to date with their progress. Nice to find such an honest and reliable place to get the car sorted.

   Great service from Under the Bonnet. Easily booked mot online and a reasonable price. The guys in the workshop are honest and got the work done quickly. As someone that works in the motor trade I'm hard to please but would highly recommend this garage.
