Amazing shop, the staff are very polite and helpful. Especially the manager Nikki and the Asian lady, very welcoming atmosphere and they don’t mind you asking questions I got my first vape from here 5 years ago and they have always kept me up to date with what’s new in the store
Placed an order for equipment and was lied to that it was in stock. Was then given products that didnt fit and declined a refund. Be aware of these scammers
Sent me a faulty item and told me to return Royal Mail delivered it back to them on the 17/07/25 and it’s now 25/07/25 no replacement or communication .. have photo proof Royal Mail delivered it back as well as the coordinates of where it was delivered SCAMMERS
purchased 3 lighters, not cheap regular lighters but £5 jet lighters and only 1 of them works properly the other 2 are faulty with one already in the bin. I'm not the only person reviewing that is complaining about faulty items being sold. stay away
Not bad shop lots of products to choose from, but the lady or should i say pit bull with red face seems to have a attitude problem, if dont know how to interact with customers and be helpful no point working as customer service, might aswell be a doorman would suit them better

Asked for advice on vapes and was sold the worst kind of vape at a high price, felt I was sold one they couldn’t sell as everyone said they aren’t very good, broke after 2 weeks, not been back since that bad advice

Ordered on Thursday at 3pm for next day delivery promised it would arrive Saturday latest it’s now Sunday and I still haven’t received my items and they have said they haven’t received payment. I clearly sent 447.50 to your account . Avoid this shop !
Went by today as a new customer and asked for 5 Nord 0.6 Ohm mesh coils and he showed one to ask if it was the right one, I said yes, I then went to look for juice around the shop, not realising that the assistant only put one 0.6 Ohm mesh coil in and filled the rest of the bag with the 1.4 Ohm coils and a 0.8 Ohm MTL mesh coil (less desirable and sellable). Not impressed! Never coming again!!
