   Their service so horrible … I will never go again.I have been with them 7 years though their prices was more expensive than other company but still I did because their are local area. I done taxi insurance by £1428.20 this year from their company unfortunately I did cancel the policy after 1 month 6 days because I sold my vehicle. I was so disappointed because they charging £734 for 1 month. Specially their colleges Rhys Nicholas was so rude and arrogant.

   Scammers! Stay away from this company! They are giving false information to customers and overcharging!!!When I was taking m’y partner off the the policy REIS from Pavilion just said to me there is no problem but when next day I change my mind and put her back in again they have charged me £130 change fee plus £75 administration charge. After all they are tried to put my policy sky high for just these two clicks/changes,I have been waiting over a week for Pavilion to confirm the new amount to be paid monthly after these changes and when I finally get hold of Pavilion they gave me £205 figure to be paid monthly (previously with my wife was £139)!I’VE GOT CLOSE BROTHERS FINANCE PRICE BREAKDOWN ON MY EMAIL TO PROVE IT!!!My policy is still valid for 8 months so they are trying to over charge me almost £530 for just for two changes on the policy!!! Also they said that I am not allowed to cancel the policy as I have to wait again to confirm the figures but they can’t tell how long,can you believe that?This is ridiculous!ANOTHER RIP OFF is that before I’ve made changes in terms off taking my partner off the policy Pavilion sad it’s gonna be over £300 cancellations fees.Please stay away from this brokers as they uneducated,mean arrogant,rude and very unhelpful ! I’am confident if something happens I’m 100% certain that they will try to take all your money away! Also the people that are working there are not competent at all and cannot even explain where these figures are coming from. I’am going to report this to OMBUDSMAN also TRADING STANDARDS.Highly NOT RECOMMENDED

   I've recently bought my first taxi and two of my colleagues recommend Insure Taxi. I contacted them by telephone and spoke to a very helpful man called Steve who took care of everything for me. I was already on my colleagues insurance and so I didn't need to provide Steve with any documentation other than my taxi registration certificate. The whole process was easy and painless including the cost, I got a great discount for installing a hard wired dash cam. I will definitely use Insure Taxi again and I highly recommend others to use them as well.
