I recently used Travel Cares UK for my Umrah package and I am very happy with the whole experience. From my first message until I returned home, everything was handled in a smooth and professional way. They gave us a complete package that included our flights, visas, and hotels. Everything was organised well and matched what they promised. This made our journey calm and stress free. A big thank you to Muhammad Wasi for managing everything for us. He was patient, helpful, and always ready to guide us. He made sure all our needs were covered and that every part of the trip went well. His support made the experience even better. I strongly recommend Travel Cares UK and especially Muhammad Wasi to anyone looking for a trusted agency for Umrah or any travel plan. Thank you for the great service.

Its a nightmare to make a claim. They work with claimez.com and they are slow and terrible. After two months and emailing them about update they say my bank statemens seems edited. I have used worldwide insurance many times but will never again

I am willing to change this rating depending on the outcome of my claim! I have been getting the runaround for over two months by ClaimEZ asking for additional documentation. I provided PROOF OF PAYMENT (in full) for the damages which cost £742.17 but they keep asking for a bank statement - even though I paid for the damages using my credit card. Worldwide Insure was very much a pleasure to deal with when setting up my insurance but there has been NO JOY up to the date of writing this from ClaimEZ. I most certainly hope I haven't been taken advantage of! This company was actually recommended by a car rental company agent! As promised - I WILL provide follow up to this review as I received more information. UPDATE: 01 Sep 25 - my claim has been "approved" and I am to expect payment within 5 business days. I will provide a final update once payment has been received. FINAL UPDATE: 06 SEP 25 - I feel 3.5 stars is more of what is 'deserved' but I've given a final score of 4 stars and this is pretty much because I finally received the money (a few days ago) from my claim (less the £75 fee which is mentioned in the contract as well as an additional fee), nevertheless, I am quite satisfied with my refund. I fully believe all insurance companies ARE created equally in that, they are more than happy to accept your money but NONE of them want to pay out. That said, I may shop around and/or think twice before purchasing this brand again? I understand claims take time to be reviewed, however, the LACK of communication from ClaimEZ is what really disappoints me. In fact, I always received quick replies from Worldwide themselves, NOT ClaimEZ. It was not a simple process considering the damage was just the rear window being smashed - the process was painfully slow with only a shimmer of 'hope' once every few weeks when I would receive a message on the ClaimEZ site. My insurance policy will still be valid for my next car rental - I hope I will not have to submit another claim! My claim was for $1385 Canadian Dollars (CAD) and I received $1190 CAD. The repair costs were paid in Great British Pounds (GBP) so the rate of exchange may be a contributing factor to a certain extent. I did receive my claim refund and I am very happy about it so for me, even though it was a VERY slow process and it was frustrating at times - purchasing this insurance was worth it for me. Safe and happy travels everyone and my apologies for this being so lengthy - I want the next person to be able to make an informed decision.

DON’T DO IT. If you do have to claim it’s a NIGHTMARE - notice the good reviews come from people who didn’t have to claim!! I rented back in December 2024 and have only just received partial payment from them. I had to upload over 30 documents many of which were extremely difficult to obtain and very time consuming. If I hadn’t had a lot of good will and help from the car rental company and my bank , it would have been impossible. Over a period of 3 months I had to supply them the non- ending requests for more documents, then only silence. Repeated messages from me eventually got someone who said she would now take responsibility for the claim and a partial payment would be sent to the accounts section. Ok. I thought, better than nothing. Even then I had to write another letter threatening to go to the Ombudsman for insurance claims. Then yesterday I received a transfer. Such hard work for £145!! From the £172 I had to pay. God knows how it is for those with bigger claims.

Saved me twice from paying the car-rental-excess(300€ and 1400€). Ones in Montenegro Avis, other time it was in Spain with okrentacar. The process tooks about a month. This insurance is a must have if you don't want to pay for the overpriced insurance to the rental company.

Stay away from Worldwideinsure&Claimez This company is a scam they dont pay claims at all . You buy insurance and you think you are covered but in fact you are not and you are dealing with cheaters . I have sent all the documents they requested ,been waiting for almost a month and the end this is this reply:claim reference: 19005555 Dear Mr Toma Thank you for the documents and your cooperation thus far. We’ve completed our investigations and we’re not satisfied with the veracity of the claim presented. As such, your claim is declined. Regards, ClaimEz. I will not let this end here because I know I am within my right, since I sent all the documents they requested however I will take a legal action against worldwideinsure and claimez they are just fooling their customers as I will post reviews every day everywhere on the social media to prevent these scammers from misleading people. Please do not buy insurance with worldwideinsure and do not deal with claimez they will just steal your money. Stay away from them and do not buy insurance with Worldwideinsure.

Very bad service. It should be zero stars, but the website doesn't allow this. I bought an insurance to cover accidental damages to a rented vehicle. While returning the car, some tears on its body were seen. A 180 euros fee was applied for repairing this damage and I started a claim with the insurance company. They continued asking me for further documents every time we had a contact, often with a very long interval time between one request ant yhe following one. When I provided them, a new one was asked again, always saying "we can't consider your claim if you don't provide this". Often they asked for the same document in different forms (i.e., proof payment as a credit card receipt, or statement, or proof of deposit, or formal invoice, receipt, and so on). Clearly they try not to pay the strategy of getting the customer tired by so many obstacles. I will never buy an insurance from this company anymore. Hope everybody will do the same, it's a matter of customer's safety.

I bought an annual travel insurance and one of the most common incident of flight cancellation is not covered. It was my fault for not reading carefully the wording of the policy but you should also consider if a travel insurance that doesn't cover flight cancellation is suitable for you before you decide to have the travel insurancec from them.

A cautionary tale On a recent trip to island of Jersey I purchased collision damage insurance from Worldwide (policy number is CER18-WEB-28675) On arrival at Jersey airport I discovered that I'd forgotten my licence but my friend had his in his wallet - so we used his instead. I tried to get a replacement licence but this was proving difficult so a few days later, I contacted worldwide to change or add his name to the insurance but they said that as his address is different to mine, he could not be added. I then asked if he could then purchase a new CDW insurance but Worldwide rep said that as he had already taken possession of the car, he could not be insured. Result: We only used the car to drive to our accommodation and back to the airport after week was up (as my friend was nervous driving on the island without CDW.) We used the bus service to get around Lessons learned: 1. Don't forget my driving licence when hiring a car 2. Use a more flexible company than Worldwide (I'm sure they are fine when everything runs smoothly but seemed unwilling to help when I ran into this difficulty)
