   Not a good experience, my car went in for cooling flush, they took one of the original pipe clips and replaced with non genuine clips. Picture 1 is the original clip and the second picture is the replacement which does not look professional. I was not informed about this before or after the repair. I made contact via email and I did not get anywhere with them and I feel it was an excuse by them stating the clips could not be reused. As you can see from picture 1 the original clips are in good condition. I ended paying £90 for a cooling flush, when I emailed requesting a refund for the original clips that was replaced, I didn’t receive a reply. I do not recommend this garage.

   Couldn't thank carly and her team anymore.... was let down very last minute friday 25th (tracking needed sorting before our family holiday to Wales that same day)! They squeezed me in that morning . The locking nut on track rod ends were so seized... It was touch and go if it could be done. The mechanic worked his magic , the tracking was so badly out . Im so greatful that they saved our holiday. Thanks again guys.

   The team at Walkers always look after you. Carley at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and friendly to all. The services are well priced and repairs are always to the highest of standards. I have taken my cars there for years. It is now the first place all of my family members take their cars. One of the best in MK!

   I went to Walker autos with a heater problem in my Smart car, they diagnosed a themostat fault but could not rectify the problem as it involved dropping the engine and they did not have the tools. I was told they would only charge me for two hours work, £144.00, when I collected the car it was not re-assembled fully and was asked to give them fifteen minutes to sort it out, more like a forty minutes wait. Nice dogs.

   I’ve never had as much confidence in a garage as I do with Walkers Autos, great team who always fit me in at a convenient time and are always so welcoming and are never condescending despite my vague “there’s a weird noise/smell/movement statements”. Everything is explained in understandable terms and so reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend, since using this garage I’m no longer worried about bringing the car in. Very trustworthy group!
