   We retired and moved to Littlehampton just over 3 years ago. We feel strongly about buying and using shops locally. We have had a really good experience with purchasing bedroom furniture and more recently a sofa. Proprietor has been friendly knowledgeable and not pushy. Quality and price much better than some large chains. Delivery and contact has been maintained despite lockdown. Will use them again. Thank you. The sofa arrived. Again we are absolutely delighted, fits perfectly. There was a delay. but Simon kept in touch with us regulary. No hesitation in recommending them not only for the quality of their products but their customer service and value. Thank you.

   Really good local furniture shop. Friendly, knowledgeable, good value, good quality. We've bought our bed, mattress, chests of drawers and bedside tables from them and not experienced significant delay, despite the lockdown. Currently awaiting delivery on a sofa.

   Rude, not family friendly at all, if you have kids, don't take them with you in here. I was shouted at from across the store. I felt I was pre-judged and looked down upon. I was left waiting ages, but another older couple who came in at the same time as me got served straight away. A word of warning to Arun furnishers, one day the older generation will be gone and it will be my generation who you will need and depend upon. I won't be shopping local this time, I won't be recommending you. I would rather give my money to DFS and that's saying something.
