Disappointed couldn't get made to measure curtains made with large eyelets although website said you can. Sandwich dry and coffee too strong for my liking
Enjoyed the experience of shopping, made a nice break from shopping for food.Staff were very helpfull. Café was very clean & very pleasant staff behind the counter.
Next to Match of the Day one of my only 2 happy places left.. Sometimes I even have to ask the wife are you going to pay for those things love? Usually I ask a cloud of dust but Dunelm has bought out the better in her.. Cheap as chips while China and US slap each other,, stock up and pay for it. Receipts are your friends. It the A27 that's the problem for here. Shop is brill jokes aside and my 'go to' & live other side of Bognor. Worth the trip.
Popped in to check on some curtains and stopped at the cafe for a cheese scone and milkshake. Great value and very tasty scone (warmed up with butter) Milkshake instead of my usual coffee, on a sunny day worth the wait. Value for money Dunelm is very good and staff very pleasant.
I went into Dunelm, Rustington today to buy a protective cover for my dining table and wipe-clean table cloth for the same. I was served by Jeremy in the haberdashery section and I really must applaud his patience. I can’t have been the easiest customer to serve, not knowing what I wanted plus making a mistake with the measurements but Jeremy was helpful and courteous throughout.
We were purchasing cushions. We needed one more and asked about ordering. The very helpful staff suggested we put the hire We had back and ordered 4 to be delivered. They then would come in the same batch and postage would be free. The cushions arrived a very few days later.
I wasted an hour and a half trying to shop. Most of the items were unpriced which meant I had to run around the store finding a member of staff. One girl working near the front of the store was very helpful but unfortunately for several other items, I had to spend much of my valuable time trying to find a member of staff and then more time waiting for them to go and find prices. Eventually, we got to the till and again had to wait ages again, so left without buying anything.
Went looking for internal design ideas to do up a guest bedroom. Shop quite spacious and well stocked. Had a little cafe which looked pleasant, but I didn't go in.
Last Friday evening I was looking for something specific that I'd seen online. I asked a lady if she knew whether they had any in stock. She knew exactly what I meant and exactly where to look. Unfortunately it seemed there were none left. She then checked the stock levels which showed there should be one in store. She phoned through to the stock room but sadly there was nothing there. She also tried to order it for me but said it wasn't working because it was showing as having one in stock. She apologised she couldn't help any more. I had another little look and then found the last one. The lady was so helpful and went above and beyond. Great service!
