I highly recommend Highgate in Uplands. My daughter started in September 2024 and has come on so much. I've noticed her speech is more clear, she comes out really happy every day and tells me all the things she has done. They do lots of arts and crafts, role play and more. The staff are really lovely and get lots of updates on the parent app.
Choosing the Highgate day nursery was the best decision I’ve ever made. The nursery offer variety activities for children and they update parents with pictures for their children while they are in the nursery. Also the staff are welcoming and caring. My daughter Wateen enjoys being there.

Ava has been going to Highgate since she was 11 months and she is now 3 and a half. The team made her feel comfortable from the word go. She has loved her time there and has always had fun, with big smiles every time I pick her up. The team have been great with answering any questions I've had and they always put my mind at ease from the very beginning. I'm so happy I sent her to Highgate. Thanks for everything guys, I will be sad when she leaves for school in September.
Our two children (4 and 2) have been attending Highgate uplands for a couple of years, after our son previously attended a different nursery in the area pre-Covid. I’m so glad we found Highgate, and in a way wish they’d been there all along, except perhaps I wouldn’t have appreciated just how great they are had I not known another nursery for reference. They are so warm, friendly and caring. They really invest in the children on an individual basis, and allow child led play in the truest sense, alongside lovely activities. Our son blossomed socially and in confidence after starting there, and his sister has now followed him. The staff invested heavily in settling our nervous son in, and he now absolutely loves it there. Both are always so happy going in and coming out, and I have a deep sense that the women who work there are just genuinely caring, patient and invested caregivers. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.
My son has been attending Highgate Uplands since he was 7 months old and all of the team, from the baby room to pre-school, have been absolutely fantastic. He's enjoyed every moment so far and we would fully recommend.
Highgate uplands is fantastic. My Little one has been going for a year and he loves it. The staff are amazing and the activities are well thought out and engaging. I cannot praise them highly enough.
Highgate is lovely, my daughter absolutely adores being there. They are super flexible and accomodating. My daughter occasionally is a bit teary when we leave her but is happy to go for a cuddle, which they offer her without hesitation. Absolutely no worries leaving my daughter in their care!
Staff are amazing and always happy to help. They make such an amazing team and are always looking for ways to improve. My little boy always goes in happy and is always smiling when I pick him up. They inform you of daily events so you know exactly what they’ve done. Would highly recommend Highgate .
