   Just bought my daughter a car from here. The chap (Carl perhaps?) Was great. Very informative, no pressure and extremely patient with my daughter, who had just passed her test, on test drive. Car had fresh Mot, service and valet done for collection and looked great. Thank you for your no pressure approach, really made a difference to the buying experience and will definitely be back in future with my own car for MOT/repairs etc.

   My wife's car window got stuck open. Called up late in the afternoon and they managed to fit me in the next day. Organised a temporary fix to make the car secure. And got the main fix booked in very rapidly. So overall friendly, quick and efficient service received.

   Took my car here to be looked at for a issue it was having. I was told it was due to a leak and went ahead spent 450 on parts a repairs to drive away have an even worse leak to take it back and be told it was just excess and all should be okay. Within a hour of getting my car home my coolant had completely gone and was in a even worse state than before. See someone else who told me my head gasket had gone. Spoke to kilbh garage about this to have him say the work hes done probably caused the head gasket to go and there is nothing he can do about it. He has made my car even worse..has taken no responsibility and now I am hundreds of pounds down..without a car and have a disabled son i can no longer travel about because of this. This has also caused me to have to cancel a trip away because I now have no vehicle which means ill loose my money spent on that too. I am going to take this to citizens advice and see what can be done as I feel really taken advantage of. I will never use these people again.

   Very friendly and accommodating. I popped in early morning for a small issue I'd be made aware of ( too much oil at the last service) and they were fantastic and sorted for me on the spot. I was lucky with timings I think but evenso it was unexpected and I appreciate it immensely. Thank you guys.

   If you're looking for somewhere to have your car MOT'd, repaired, or serviced then look no further. In my experience, they are streets ahead of the main dealers and considerably cheaper. On one occasion, the main dealer ( Nissan) told me after two days that their "specialist" had looked at my aircon and it just needed regassing, two weeks later and after a huge bill, I'm back where I started with no aircon. Took it to these guys and within 30 mins they called me to tell me there was a hole in the aircon radiator! They had put a fluorescent dye into the system then pressurized it to identify the leak. I remember at the time they seemed quite proud to show me the leak and identify something the main dealer had failed to do, three years later my aircon still works perfectly. I have had various repairs and services carried out by these guys and at least five MOTs some passed with flying colours others not so much. All have been carried out in a timely manner with care and attention to detail. If I move away from the area I know I will struggle to find a garage I am as happy with and trust although, I will concede I can be extremely picky.

   Decided to try them after receiving an advertising slip through the door. I took my car to them for an MOT and although I arrived early, they got my car pretty much straight on the ramp. I’ve not been to a garage that allow you to watch the MOT take place so I thought that was pretty cool. I was told a couple of little things were wrong, my number plate was too dirty but of course that was rectified instantly with the help of a soapy sponge. The other thing was my headlight aim being too low. Again a couple seconds and a little fiddling later that was put right and car passed without any advisories. We had a good chat about some niggles I thought were up with the car and all my questions were answered. Overall the best garage I have ever dealt with. Honest guys taking their time to provide you the best service and give you the time of day, unlike the bigger companies that rush you in and out, rinse you of your money and take no care. I will 100% be returning.
