Always very helpful. I've had good service and advice when planning future work. Can do your MOT as well. Closer than my nearest BMW dealership which is also helpful. They are able to update the official service record with BMW.
Took my car in for a service and diagnostic. Great communication throughout, much better service and value than main dealer. Will not be going anywhere else now!
Took my car here got the compressor done for suspension. A year later it was broken even though they told me it would last for a long time as genuine bmw part. Blamed a leak in air back. Never got in touch about it really and then charged me nearly £300 for doing nothing. Will never go back again as part should have had guarantee but they just wanted extra money of me instead! Shocking service!
I had problem with lights in my f11 bmw. They said that i have to change tms modul and replace head lights. They wanted 2300 paunds for that. I just fixed my problem and i spent just 100 paunds. I was there last time.

I had my car in with a garage I trusted after it developed an electrical fault. They had the car for 4 months, charged me near on £700, and didn't fix the issue. I contacted the team here and they got me in the following Tuesday, found the fault by Thursday, had the part arrive a week later from Germany, and had the issue sorted. They called me every afternoon with an update, were incredibly polite, proficient and friendly and extremely fair with their pricing (charged me about half what the other garage did for a successful result!). They even kindly kept the car for me for an extra 5 days as I was moving house and very, very busy. This honestly is a 5* service, I cannot fault them about any step of the process and I am one happy Z3 owner!

Richard took the time to diagnose quickly and efficiently and was totally honest through the process keeping me in the loop along the way. I have been using Richards German Car specialist for years after getting poor service from the Main Dealers, All the mechanics are very knowledgeable, they've been looking after my BMW's and Porsche's and explain things in English, the labour rates are excellent too.
