Despite being so popular I was politely told of the current waiting time and was treated as well as any customer can expect!! A company that really puts an effort to make their customers informed and satisfied they are getting a quality service.

I took my car yesterday to have my air conditioning serviced and gassed. The lady at the reception desk was lovely and very helpful. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend to anyone. Kano the dog was a delight too. Thank you very much.
The guys at this garage are amazing!!!!!! I broke down outside the garage and without hesitation these guys rescued and sorted my car with-in minutes for an extremely reasonable price. All the staff were incredibly nice and they have my custom from now!
Yesterday, my bonnet flew open on the A14 and smashed my windscreen. I was very shaken up on my own in the car. I called my fiance to let him know and he called Eurorepar Kettering, a garage 10mins away. David, from was Eurorepar was so kind, he kept the shop open for me after 6pm on a Friday night. He gave me sweets and biscuits to calm me down and gave me advice on what to do with the car. He didn't have to do this - but it was wonderful to be shown such kindness in such a scary moment. 100% the only garage worth using. The most honest and reliable staff I've ever encountered in this industry and my latest experience took this to the next level. I suffered a breakdown at 1800hrs, got on the phone to Brett, he not only sent someone out to see if they could help roadside, but they kept someone at the garage to make sure I got it there ok after recovery (was 1930hrs at this point). By 1100hrs this morning I had a call saying it was fixed. Water pump replaced! I have and always will use Eurorepar/BeeCool!
