After an awful experience at the Hemel branch I was sent to the Milton Keynes branch to have the job corrected. I couldn't have asked for more. Wonderful staff who were happy to help, greeted me with a friendly approach, made me feel very comfortable and had my vehicle fixed in no time with absolutely no fuss.. world of difference experience to the one I had in Hemel Hempstead. Thanks so much. 100% recommend these guys.
I've been taking my car to Mr Clutch in Bletchley for regular or annual servicing, and I've consistently been impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning, they had it serviced and ready for pick up by lunchtime with a telephone call fo say it's ready for pickup. One of the things I appreciate most is the clear communication. They provide a detailed report and invoice outlining exactly what work was done on your car. This transparency builds trust, and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. On top of that, their prices are competitive. They offer good value for money, making them a great choice for anyone in Bletchley looking for a reliable car service centre.
Most upfront and helpful garage I’ve ever been to. Went the extra mile to help me out when the situation wasn’t as easy as we would’ve liked. They would show me what damage/fault was on my car while simply explaining how it had been caused and what work was to be carried out, this left no room for doubt in their work. Wont be using another garage now. If you’re in the military I would definitely recommend this garage.
I love the service that I receive here and they have completed my last few years worth of MOTs, Services and repairs on my car. They are always clear about the work that needs to be done, explain what they are going to do and why with good and clear pricing. No question is a silly one either and they are happy to answer, advise and help in anyway they can. The guys who work here are very friendly. The guys at the Bletchley MR Clutch are of a rare breed of MOT garages, NOT out to extort as much repairs money from you as possible like other places. Just friendly, competent and caring mechanics there to help you get back on the road safely and cost effectively. Strongly recommend paying them a visit. Went to Mr Clutch for an M.O.T, and I had failed on welding for one of my wheels. Which is fair. They said they can outsource the work to someone close by in addition to also doing my shock absorbers for the price of £400 not including whatever it may cost for the wheel (no quote given). Being in a cost of living crisis I decided I cannot afford to do both, and I just need the thing that failed fixing first, before I touch any advisories. They said okay, gave me my car keys and told me they’d send me a text with the number who I had to call for the alloy within 20 minutes of me leaving. Then sent me off my tot. No text was sent. Come Tuesday my alloy was welded with no help of Mr.Clutch. Called them up for a retest on Wednesday, they told me to pop in before they open on Thursday, so I arrived on time. They said they cannot do the MOT test because I did not have my fail MOT sheet with me, and said “Everyone knows that” I explained you can easily look online, and print out another one. He said he does not have time for this not even 5 minute job and to come back again at 14:00 despite me needing to work. This is probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced, unprofessional and unsympathetic. Advice to everyone, do yourself a favour and go to the many other mechanics in MK. I’m just paying the extra money and getting a retest elsewhere, rather that then go to this place one more time. If I could give a zero star I would.
We have just moved to Milton Keynes and needed someone to help get my car through an MOT , staff were so helpful and friendly… sorted the car and beat any other quotes . Great communication during the whole time they had my car and showed me everything they had done . My car drove amazingly well afterwards. I’m very happy and will definitely be using them again . As a female it’s lovely to feel that you can fully trust people to sort your car . Thank you
