Needed an urgent checkup on my car as coolant warning light was on. Coolant leaking. Ravi fitted me in despite being busy already. It took two days to change the water pump and timing belt but the problem was fixed along with some worn rear brakes. Service above and beyond. Thank you again and I shall be returning. Ravi, at MK12 Autocare provided the best service from a garage I have ever received. His kindness, and genuine desire to help, was evident from the moment I arrived for my MOT. First time trying mk12 autocare for MOT service. Was able to book online and the staff all seemed really friendly and knowledgeable. Car passed MOT and I was given detailed explanation on the advisories with no pressure to book in there and then. Great advice given on options on those advisories too. Will definitely recommend them and will be back in the future.
Needed new clutch and timing belt on my Audi A4, brought it in and they did a 10/10 job on the car and works better than it ever did. Mechanics were friendly and professional, giving updates and explanation. Would recommend to anyone who care about their motor.
Absolutely disgusted with the service and attitude of this garage, deserves a minus score if you could give one. After being told numerous times my car was fine, I finally got a second opinion just to be told this guy has no clue what he’s doing!! Random nuts and bolts all over the engine with no explanation, several new scratches and scuffs along the doors, oil stains INSIDE the car, handbrake stretched WAY beyond its norm and the oil change I received was done incorrectly (somehow??!!) After complaining, I was blown away by the response I received. Apparently due to my feminine nature, they were surprised I knew any better!! Refused to give me a receipt (probably to avoid a paper trail of disgusting service), so there was no basis to complain!! The second garage said i may as well have driven away with petrol in my Diesel engine. I have now been quoted over £350 to reverse the damage this garage has caused. Trading standards need to pay them a visit I think!! Looking at the reviews, I’m not the only female to be treated this way either. And when they don’t like the negative reviews, they claim you have never visited! Most dishonest and untrustworthy garage, wouldn’t touch with a 2 mile barge pole!!! AVOID IF YOU ACTUALLY LIKE YOUR CAR!!!!!
Bought a vehicle from RAVI PRASHAD and was frauded out of £1,500!!!!! The company talks about being honest and safe but he allowed me to drive 3 hours home in a car which had an unsafe engine! Engine light was removed (which has 6 engine issues attached to it) the red low oil pressure light was removed, he could’ve seriously put me in danger! He said he would issue me a full refund, but the next day when I told him the extent of the issues and that the car wasn’t road worthy and needed scrapping, he blocked me! Absolutely disgusting how an MOT centre has allowed such a dangerous vehicle on the road and to be sold just to make money! Avoid ! Cannot be trusted
Fitted me in for a last minute MOT, incredibly helpful team who took into account my situation and went above and beyond to get my car back on the road! Rav was awesome and can’t beat a family run company! Would use anytime!
