    Best decision I made for the children. Essentially started them so they can defend themselves if needed. The classes support and equipped the children with so much more and so many different skills such as self esteem, confidence, respect, listening and discipline. Instructors are great and full of enthusiasm. Different days or times to choose from which gives flexibility. Both children started at the age of 4, 3 years in and I've also joined with the children which is great fun. Great club, great atmosphere.
