“We tend to use this as an afternoon activity on our way home from Pembrokeshire. The waterpark is a great place to spend a couple of hours swimming, bobbing around and sliding. The master blaster always has the longest queue but we've never waited more than about 15 minutes in line. We love the waves and the lazy river too. It's a firm family favourite for us.”

“I really enjoy this place. Decent facilities, not for everyone as it hasn't got the facilities to match a large commercial gym etc. But a nice selection based on its size. Been using the place since I went to college here so that's probable why I enjoy it so much - nostalgia! Decent squash courts and squash community.”

“It’s been a lot better since I started going back . I just do a loop now until my neck feels better . The manager was really nice filling in a form when I slipped in sauna and naiomi in Starbucks was really nice to me and remembered my pikachu hat . I tried using the gym but I my bad posture stops me using the equipment right and I just want make the pain in my neck and that go away but the staff have been a lot friendlier and I ignore anyone who gives me grief now .”

“Good, friendly, welcoming gym. PLENTY of parking, have to input registration in the computer there during ‘quiet’ hours. Decently equipped, plenty of time during the day when it’s quiet to avoid the crowds. Absolutely 100% non-judgmental gym, lots of knowledgeable and helpful gym members and staff. Well recommended to anyone.”

“Took my mum for her to have some company and get her out of the house as she's immobile and getting on in years, however loves a good chat and is full of life at 75 years old... she's been for her first day and loves it there, the staff and volunteers are wonderful, the others that attended are full of fun. There's a good meal and a much tea and coffee etc as you could possibly drink.. loads of activities and even offer a bus to get you there.. I can't speak highly enough of the place it those who run it.. trained professionals that can take care of my mum's needs and give her some independence back, all while she's having fun... what more could I ask for!!! I got my mum a place by contacting social services "the vallys team".. but I think you could contact the centre in person and I'm sure Micheal or one of the team could help with information.. I just cannot recommend highly enough..”

“A pub that's has everything multiple darts and pool teams rugby team and football teams all sporting events are covered on tv.. a great pint with a blinding atmostphere throughout the whole week.. They host legendary weekends packed with a full on party atmostphere. it is professionally managed and staff are well trained polite and efficient at all times They have a large well seated venue room upstairs with full bar and food table space, plus a large stage amd full dance floor for all entertainment .. all in all an excellent pub for all your party and social needs... it is known to be the busiest pub in gorseinon, and I can say it honestly is”
