The pool is a good facility, although sometimes you can't use swim aids for some reason. You have to pay for parking although it's only 50p if you are using the facilities. Showers are decent, but only 2 cubicles (mixed sex changing). Also the changing rooms smell a bit! We've been going Saturday morning and it's relatively quiet
Great pools , nice staff and clean area for coffee after , the machine coffee is a lot cheaper than the cafe there thats getting expensive
I recently had an unpleasant experience with a woman reception staff member at the facility today 1 pm. Upon inquiring about the pool opening hours, she disregarded my question and failed to provide the information I needed. As a new customer, I found her lack of helpfulness and impolite demeanor quite disheartening. A more attentive and courteous approach would have greatly improved my initial impression of the establishment.
Car park is very very pricey and you’re charged extra if you use the RingGo app. Pitch is a tad uneven but they’ve got a new 4G pitch opening soon which looks lovely. Wear bug spray here though as they’re biters.
Great pools but also Badminton, Pickleball, Tennis, all weather Hockey and Football pitches, indoor running track and gym. Good refreshment facilities and parking. Just 50p for 2 hours for users of the centre; £1 for 4 hrs. (At time of writing - Jan 2023). Note: You can pay for parking at machine just inside the main door if outdoor machines not use.) Good value Memberships, also Swimming Lessons and free 'Family Splash' sessions for Under 16s most weekends (pre booking essential).
Recently started using the gym at swansea bay sports park and have to say the facilities and staff are both really great. I was really skeptical as id never been to the gym before but after pushing myself to go i had a staff member show me around the facilities and the different machines to get a better understanding of how everything works. Ive now been going for a week and im so glad i pushed myself to go would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start!
Great swimming venue. Lots of excitement. Very well organised. The leisure staff we so friendly and helpful.. the parking attendants too. Nice coffee shop
