The management need to have security on sight, Pikeys run in and the management have no Controle over them… they run into the spa and take over and they do not pay to use the facility’s… I’m a member and one time I was in there I was accosted by them and they wanted to fight me! I stood my ground however I don’t go there for the hassle. The spa is meant to be a place to forget about life’s pressures and stresses. Until this is resolved by management I think all should boycott the venue due to safety issues. With management deli g with it in house nothing is being done about it. I told them I would put it in the public domain so they will have to sort it out. Freedom leisure are making millions a year from this venue alone. It’s about time they employed a security team to keep its patrons safe. Tonight 2 20 year old girls were trying to remove 6 of them and one was a 20 stone man. It should not be left to staff Professional security is required

We tend to use this as an afternoon activity on our way home from Pembrokeshire. The waterpark is a great place to spend a couple of hours swimming, bobbing around and sliding. The master blaster always has the longest queue but we've never waited more than about 15 minutes in line. We love the waves and the lazy river too. It's a firm family favourite for us.

•Soft play: great soft play! Our 1.5 year old loves it. I just really wish the staff would enforce the under 3 area being for under 3’s only. Older kids muck around in there, particularly in the ball pit, making it unsafe for our 1.5 year old to use. This has been the case on a couple of visits. A real shame. •Toddler pool: a really great pool and area. The toys provided are so great, thank you. It’s just way too cold. We dress our toddler in her wetsuit but she still shivers. Please consider increasing the temperature. Thank you!

A great venue for events - spacious, well-organized, and very welcoming. The gym area is spotless with top-quality equipment, which really stood out to me. I’m looking forward to coming back the next time I’m in Swansea to try out the swimming pool. Would highly recommend!

It’s a great pool for kids and families. A Sunday morning session is the best time to go as the pool is quiet for the first hour of your slot and only gets busy towards the end. The volcano slide is more daughter’s favourite, but she also enjoys the baby pool. Once you’re out the pool, soft play is good fun if you or your little ones have any energy left. The only reason I’ve marked it down from five stars is because on a couple of occasions the water in the baby pool/play area has been freezing cold. Though the last time this happened, staff were pretty quick to rectify it. It might have been too late for us, but I appreciated the response.

Nice and safe place for kids. My boy has loved it and ask me to revisit. Also, the people work inside are incredibly nice and caring, especially the manger Sasha.

What a great morning we had LC Swansea. Visiting Wales for half term and wanted to take the kids swimming. Had low expectations due to various poor Google reviews here (chlorine, dirty, busy) but happy to say our visit was top notch! We arrived early(ish) for the 10am session and it was spotlessly clean, no queues and hardly any people. We all had a great time, all three slides were working (surf thing was out of order). There was a guy cleaning the changing rooms so they stayed fresh - he was doing a great job. Life guards were clearly being attentive (rare thing these days). It was getting busier as we left so I guess it gets busy as people overstay their sessions. Car park next door was free too (Sunday). I don’t doubt previous comments were well founded but certainly not today. Maybe arriving early is the trick???

Was our first time coming here and we was very pleased at what is here. The slides are great even my daughter went on them. She don't normally go on them. There is also a wave machine, lazy river. Two pools for the younger ones to play in. Overall a great day out. You get 1hr 45.
