   Pool renewed! 2 grandparents and 2 granddaughters on a family swim. Very nice. Not too crowded. Only downside was we couldn't go into the small pool as it was exclusively booked by a club (?) Fortunately both girls can swim but it wd have been annoying if they couldn't. I don't think it was made clear on the booking. Is it separate booking for large and small pool now?

   The Leisure centre was amazing, the swimming pools are really big and very clean. The play area for kids is big, colourful and seems really fun, the tennis court is nice and the football pitch is also pretty good, the receptionist are helpful and the entire place is just amazing.

   Great chatty, friendly staff. Good clean place with a disabled toilet, visited for a boccia event. Very pleased with my pleasant visit, would go again if in Carmarthen.

   Great leisure centre. We came here on swimming competition day so it was rammed. Great little cafe and serving variety of items including hot pasties etc. Viewing gallery is very good and parking is adequate although it was hard to find a space on a competitor on day. Would recommend to anyone

   Please keep away from this company! The amount of ongoing issues I have had since rejoining has been a nightmare and not worth the hassle anymore! Continuously being blocked from booking classes as they are saying that my membership isn’t valid, despite them having my correct bank details and I haven’t done any cancellations! In January I reinstated the memebership over the phone with them again, which took nearly and hour and a half on the phone to try and resolve the issues, but today again after going to book a class, I’ve been blocked off again from booking with the same issue of that my membership isn’t valid!! Although, again they have my correct bank details which was set up in January! Again, Actif has my correct bank details! This clearly isn’t the issue on my side; but have tried many times to explain the long saga to Actif, but it comes across that the blame is with my bank! Although I have no issues with any other accounts with my bank! Actif, you are responsible for the outgoings of direct debits, you call for the money, and not the customer! As previously mentioned you cannot call for a direct debit from a closed account!! Honestly, I haven’t had so many issues from a fitness company, and I’ve been a member of many over the years!! It’s been one hassle after the other!! I’m done with it all!! So guys, if you want a hassle free fitness company, I suggest you go elsewhere!!! #nightmare

   I had a great swim, and the facilities and access were good, but the place wasn't clean, and the changing rooms were tatty. Broken lights and doors and really, really dirty toilets. Otherwise I had a good time.

   I visited the Leisure Centre to use the Gym today whilst I was staying in the area. I booked the session online (after creating a free account), and turned up for my session. Staff on reception were very helpful explaining where things were. The gym is very impressive, and absolutely full of lots of different types of equipment, including a whole range of resistance machines and free weights. There are two rooms (the main gym, and an exercise room (which I assume is for classes, but also contains some equipment if you want to break out from the main space). All the equipment was very clean, but some of the equipment is a bit tired, however this is made up for the huge range of equipment there to use. A single walk in session cost £6.40, but I think this is very reasonable for how much there is to offer. Overall, a great experience, and it's a shame I live 200 miles away!
