Had a problem with my charging port flap not working, I just called up and spoke to drue and he kindly offered to take a look straight away and managed to open it up for me and also provided me with a diagnostic, it’s very rare to come by such a people and so I just wanted to say a massive thank you.

Brought my Perodua Nippa in here a few years ago. Like some others I had an experience where they broke a part and then expected me to pay to replace it. Cowboys! Go elsewhere. I see they responded dishonestly below. Apparently as well as being shoddy, dishonest car mechanics they are practiced and habitual liars. Not a combination you would want to do business with.
I use S&S whenever my old Focus throws up problems (which isn't too often!) I chose this mechanic because they are the nearest to me, and over the last couple of years I've not regretted that decision. They are friendly, good value, skilled, and honest. If something didn't need to be done they didn't do it, even though they could easily have made extra. Honesty and decent customer service gets my business every time. 100% recommended.
