   First of all I would like to thank Jacob for being a brilliant server on our day trip in. Myself and my partner came for a lovely lunch on the lunchtime set menu for our anniversary recently. The service of Jacob on this day was incredible. Making sure that everything was good and bought amazing service and had a lovely light conversation as well. He was sweet enough to bring us lovely little desserts to celebrate are anniversary. The lunch time menu was a lovely option for us who still want to enjoy our time at a fancy restaurant even on a budget. The atmosphere was lovely and the music was not too loud and a great selection of songs.

   I had my birthday meal at Miller and Carter in Horsham and it was lovely. The service was amazing by Amber and went above and beyond to make sure our meal was great. The steak was amazing and the whole evening was enjoyed by all.

   The establishment was heaving last night, and as a result, the service overall suffered a lot! The food ordered originally ran out, so I had an alternative, which, although tasted great to be fair, was not what I had set my heart on as the course of the night. The hostess serving our group was great throughout and kept us informed at all times. 2 hours, though, is a long, long wait between courses but was made up to us by a huge, very generous reduction in our bill, which made the evening a less bitter pill to swallow! First reactions were maybe not to come back but on reflection, this may have been just a one off bad night service wise and I would try them out again and would still recommend them as great, if not busy atmosphere!

   The service & food was good. A good selection of gluten-free options, which is still pretty rare, especially in Horsham. Decent portion sizes and good choice of alcohol-free drinks, such as mocktails. More vegetables with the main meal would be my only suggestion for improvement. Will visit again.

   Gemma, our waitress, was helpful and friendly. She helped replace my steak (I received a sirloin rather than a fillet) and she gave great service from start to finish. Unfortunately the quality of the steak has reduced, a fillet here is not what other steak restaurants/lovers would describe as fillet; as per the photos. Photos show the original and replacement steak.

   We’ve not been to this restaurant chain before but if they’re all like this one in Horsham, they’re onto a winner! Faultless service from the staff and in particular from Scarlett who was a complete joy and a real asset to the company. Her friendly manner, winning smile and her knowledge of the menu was amazing. There is a great selection of food - particularly steaks - and superb quality and presentation of food on the plates. I had the scallops to start and the full rack of ribs followed by the sticky toffee pudding and a double espresso to finish off. We will definitely be making a return visit soon.
