Amazing small local business! My car was booked in for a service and MOT but had lots of issues once work started! A truly excellent busy local garage that delivers proper old fashioned open and honest service. Most google reviews are exemplary ( like this one ) but a couple seem to go against the consensus and this seems odd as in my and my friends experience they really do go the extra mile to help customers: not just fix and service our vehicles. These guys have already saved me hundreds ( through sound experienced advice), I am a new customer with no business link to Crick Autos and I went there after several personal recommendations and now add my own happy customer endorsement. From the many logo’d vehicles they had on site today - it’s clear that many local businesses use and rely on these guys too …
I emailed these guys to get an MOT. I gave it 3 days, no answer. So I phoned. Got an answer machine and left a message for MOT. Again waited 3 days, again no reply. Finally booked with Malc Pratt Motors. They answered and booked me in immediately.
Really friendly genuine, helpful guys, checked out my bumper at short notice after a small rear shunt. WOULD highly recommend to other women as they don’t patronise you!
Can’t recommend enough. Always has time to fit me in, answer my many messages and is honest, trustworthy and know his stuff. I Travel out of my way to use him every time and always follow his advice.
I rang 3 times and I spoke to Michael eventually, He said he would arrange to pick my Truck up via a recovery service and ring me back later in the day . This never happened. If he said to me they were too busy and that they couldn't do it I would understand but I've heard nothing.
