Helen and 360 private travel went above and beyond on this one. Our stay at Park Hyatt Dubai Creek was spectacular. The hotel is unique and gives you the feeling that you are in the Mediterranean not Dubai, the staff are friendly and extremely attentive. I highly recommend to stay here. Helen could not have done more from start to finish to make sure we had the trip of a lifetime. My mum, 7-year-old and I decided to travel to South Africa to go on safari to mark my mum's 70th birthday. On being given a brief, Helen meticulously planned the trip, adapting the itinerary several times to suit our needs. She was on hand in the run up to our holiday and when we were there, helping with a couple of issues that came up. We couldn't have been happier with every hotel selected and each part of the journey ran as smoothly as possible. The safari reserve Helen selected was absolutely perfect. We had the most incredible time and are extremely grateful to Helen for all her hard work in making it happen. I would highly recommend her services.
