   Very very disappointing service, my mum has been going on coach trips for years with numerous companies and this has got to be the worst company ever, no one escorts the bus drivers, elderly people left to manage their own baggage, my 80 year old mother struggled that bad with her luggage as it wasn’t policy apparentely to help them off the coach with suitcases she broke her pelvis, management no help, no details left of drivers with hotels ! It’s negligence! Of you thinking of using this company don’t there’s better ones out there!!

   I’ve just come home after going to Ireland and Tony was our driver.we had an amazing holiday every thing went so smoothly and the hole week was brilliant, nice hotels good food and I met some very nice people, the only thing is you need to take your bank card to drink in the hotel, thank you again Tony for making it so special .

   Went to grand hotel Scarborough the worse place I have ever stayed very dirty had blocked sink reported it 3 times nothing done furniture very old and tatty broken tabels and chairs verydirty place would not recommend sunrise holidays that hotel was worse than a 60s bedsit had to buy bleach and air freshener to clean room shower was grimacing hadawful time waste of money

   Absolutely disgusting company who wouldn't refund my mum her money even though she was on a cancer ward! They even had proof. My mum died yesterday and they now her money forever! How can they live with themselves. I don't live near to this company, if I did I would go in as customer service is shocking. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

   Just returned from the 'Kingdom if Northumbria' coach tour and was really impressed. The places visited were beautiful and memorable, the scenery too. Our driver/guide was Marcus who deserves every accolade going! Helpful, kind, patient and clear with instructions. He always had a smile and a joke so, Sunrise, hang on to him...he's superb! The hotel, Clarion Newcastle South at Boldon was very comfortable and the food good too. Thankyou Sunrise...we hope to travel with you again.

   Just had turkey tinsel in Bournemouth was not impressed things were bad ended up driver had to complain to office to get things sorted most of food was horrible overcooked

   BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY JUST WRITES YOU OFF NO HELP. HAD ONE STAFF MEMBER AS A WITNESS AND THEY FAVOURED REDROSE SIDE SO WE LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF LIES BETWEEN THEM. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY OR WATCH FOR THIEVING COMPANIES THEY USE. This as this company says they don’t have any coaches so hire from other company’s my problem is they hired a company called Redrose travel Lancashire which in front of a coach load of passengers lady driver lied to us, also never handed a receipt we was told to buy some temp replacement waited a week driver never gave into office no apology phone call or reply email ever. All because this coach company used our coach last day of our holiday for a School bus allowing the children to commit theft and Sunrise Ian was no help just another time waster waited over four weeks to be let down even when one of there staff was a witness they still allowed company to get away with not reimbursing us stress almost finished me.
