   We visited the Norwich store and saw Carly. She was really helpful and knowledgeable, giving lots of advice for the holiday we were planning to Orlando. She emailed quotes through and has been in contact since to see if I needed any more help with the booking. We booked online as we don't live locally, but Carly said to get in touch if we needed any further help. Would recommend this store for help and advice.

   The team at Virgin Norwich are so very helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we return time after time. This time Carly has done a cracking job for us to shape a perfect outcome just as Sydney has in the past. Great to avoid the online faff by dealing with real people who care.

   We stopped in front of Virgin Holidays Norwich to look at some of the offers that had in front of the store. Aimee approached us and invited us in to talk more options visiting America. She very polite and friendly, offered us drinks and a place to sit. Aimee was extremely knowledgeable with multiple destinations we were talking about. She showed us possible hotels she thought we might liked and ideal activities in the area. Aimee gave us a quote for the holiday and provided us with details to get in contact if we wanted to go ahead with the booking. I would definitely recommend Virgin Holidays Norwich. A massive thank you to Aimee too.

   We were first seen by Laura who was very helpful and sat us with Emily when we spoke about our Disney Holiday plans. Emily was very knowledgeable and really helped us work out our plans. We ended up booking our honeymoon for September 2024 and we got a fantastic deal. We must have been there for a few hours but that was only because we enjoyed chatting with the team so much. Having never been into a Virgin store or a holiday store in general I was genuinely so happy we went there. We would absolutely be going back there again in the future.

   Guys were great we booked a multi destination West coast USA tour and the advice given where when and what to do couldn't fault. We fly in September let's just hope the service we get on this flight is better than we got last year but the ladies here are fantastic and deserve every bit of recognition

   Quite simply, we wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to booking the perfect holiday. The Virgin Holiday staff are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and above all there's always someone in attendance with first hand experience of pretty much every destination.    super friendly staff got us a great deal on our trip much better than online ! Not rushed or pressured into booking either. You can also do part payment half now and half later, something else you can’t do with online bookings. Great coffee and snacks whilst booking aswell.
