We had been in contact Addy for about 2 years as we had been wanting to book Australia for a while, unfortunately things came up so we had to delay. But we booked an appointment and visited on Wednesday, Addy was just brilliant, understanding of what we wanted, gave us suggestions, and advised we could add things on at a later date. She was brilliant. Was all sorted within a day. Our appointment was at 11, we went through everything, had some lunch and Addy called again with the quote. Which was cheaper than I thought! Couldn't recommend Addy enough x
Many thanks to Joe who took on board exactly what we needed to fit around another trip we have planned to extend our holiday. I usually spend hours researching flights, hotels, activities etc. Joe had it sorted in minutes and we now have a dream trip to South Africa, Botswana and Mauritius next summer! Really disappointed, made an appointment as we live an hour away and had no other reason to visit Norwich, arrived on time only to be told we would need to wait up to an hour to be seen. Waited an hour for a call, nothing, decided to go home, fifteen minutes into journey we get a call, from Andy, too late, the holiday we wanted to discuss was nearly £13,000.
Booked to go backpacking with my girlfriend through Trailfinders. They are very helpful always available if you have questions,everything is very organised and easy to understand and access. Definitely recommend if your looking to do something similar.
