   We are absolutely delighted by the exemplary customer service at Kuoni Norwich. A big thank you to Jared Brown and Emma for sharing their invaluable advice on countries to visit and for making the booking easy and stress free. We were unable to travel in May so they rescheduled our holiday at no extra cost. We had an awesome time at Sugar Bay Hotel in Barbados. Thank you once again Gemma and Jared you are invaluable members of the Kuoni.

   We had an absolutely seamless experience booking our holiday through this team in particular Kay. From the very beginning, their expertise and in-depth knowledge were evident. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to our preferences, budget, and travel style. We felt confident and looked after throughout the entire process. Although we have not been on our holiday as yet.    I found this branch through a destination specialist, I have used Kuoni before but direct online, but I now use the Norwich brand direct, taking into account I actually live in the Cotswolds, my go to is a lady called “Kelly”, she’s really friendly, punctual, reliable and always delivers, Kelly knows I’m particular and when I have a holiday in mind I don’t mess about, I give her the dates, my budget, this lady personally knows the type of hotel I personally prefer so cracks on and finds me that Lux holiday. I have also spoken to Gemma, Kay and Jared of whom are always extremely helpful, a genuinely lovely branch of Kuoni to deal with

   We had a fantastic experience of booking our honeymoon to Singapore and Bali with Kay. Kay was simply fantastic, she worked with us to create a honeymoon that was within our budget, suited our needs and created something that was extra special. We visited Kay three times, and researches multiple areas. Kay never made us feel pressured or that we should settle for something that was not quite right for us. Kay had great travel knowledge, and had personally visited the places that we were discussing. We cannot wait to go on our honeymoon and would highly recommend Kuoni for any upcoming honeymoons or holidays.

Super knowledgeable and friendly - all you have to do is tell her what you are looking for and she will find the perfect location and hotel that ticks all the boxes! When looking for the perfect holiday we will always go back to Kay. I recommend her to everyone as I know she will find them exactly what they are looking for!
