Wow what can I say , we booked this trip with destination direct , always apprehensive when not used a business before , if I could I would give 10/10 The trip was to Rome , vinny was amazing, from time of booking until we returned home , all questions answered promptly service 100%. This was a last minute booking so availability was limited but Vincent found us a hotel 5 minutes from where we needed to be. He continually kept us informed of the choices we had, answered numerous questions and sent us everything we needed as soon as we had decided. He organised a gluten free breakfast and was still available for questions once we had arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Vincent, you made everything easy for us.
Just returned from a fab time in Spain with the hotel booked by Destination Direct Travel. I booked later than the others and was pleased on arrival to see DDT had liaised with the hotel to ensure my room was on the same floor as my family which is something I didn't even think of! Fab service and always so quick in responding with quotes and alternative options to suit budget. Much nicer to have the personal approach :)
I was at a loss end and desperately trying to find flight’s and hotels for my son and myself to Berlin. Destination Direct Travel was mentioned in conversation. One text to a young man called Vinnie and by the end of the evening flights and hotel was booked. Fantastic service / experience from the first moment to the text of once we arrived back home.
