My boy has been going here about 8 months now and loves it. He has grown in confidence throughout his time here and is always talking about the staff when he comes home. I like the fact that he is fed food that is made freshly daily and they are happy to cater for his dairy intolerance

SO surprised about the negative reviews of this nursery. Especially the one about kids crying during a show round, as I think they only do show rounds when the kids aren't there for safeguarding reasons... Anyway, I have two kids who have thrived at Junior's. The staff know the kids and genuinely seem to adore them. The handovers are thorough and it always sounds like they're doing a great mix of structured activities with the children. I'm always amazed with what they do with the children - baking, taking them to exhibitions at the library, going ice skating and to the panto. The staff talk knowledgeably about individual children, and work with their individual needs. There is a trained SEND lead at Junior's. There's a big garden out the back with woods, a treehouse and plenty of mud kitchens. When it rains there's also a dedicated soft-play room. There's also an on-site chef – my kids rave about the food (there's a strict no sugar policy, if that matters to you). As the children go into preschool, the readiness for school in that room has been fantastic. My sons have been taught phonics there and they're only three! We had three children in another nursery in town, which genuinely was busy. We moved them to Junior's and I can say hand on heart they get calm, focused attention and have benefitted from this nurturing yet exciting environment.

One of our children has been going there nearly two years now. They love it, we love it…. Our child always loves going, if we pick them up to early, we get told off by them! The staff are super friendly, comms is great (not too much, but enough to know what’s going on etc…) Basically, our experience has been amazing - I can see other reviewers having a less positive experience, but having used three other nurseries beforehand (in London) - Juniors wins hands down…

I've emailed them twice to ask for a showaround and they haven't even responded to my email. Even if they were a fantastic nursery the fact they don't even respond to parents says alot

agree - this is a terrible nursery. They are new and busy, but they don’t have the staff and management in place to provide a safe and productive environment, especially during Covid spikes. The staff were hostile when we asked for feedback and information, and kept pushing us to do shortened hours (even though we paid for half/ full days). Strongly recommended you don’t’ choose this nursery.

Visited them recently. The manager was very proud that "they are busy and popular". When you walked in, it felt so chaotic. A few kids were crying and staff were running around. When we tried to book for a visit and ask for more information, it was so difficult to get hold of them.
