Staff are pleasant and the cakes are nice, but my goodness, the coffee is horrendous. It's an over-extracted, burnt mess. It's was genuinely undrinkable. They've got the recipe ratio and cup sizes all wrong.
This little place is absolutely lovely and very reasonable prices . Food is delicious and staff are very friendly would highly recommend. We had small breakfast and was great value for money x
Me and the family wanted some lunch and chose suttons coffee pot, at the bottom of the potteries shopping centre in the far corner. I kid you not when I say, “you honestly couldn't get a better roast beef dinner anywhere in Stoke”. We had roast in a large Yorkshire pudding, the beef, fell apart. The cakes were exceptional and a massive variety. This place is an absolute treasure. We will certainly be coming back. Thank you suttons. The Brosnalows
A friend and I visited yesterday. I had a Turkey baguette with roast potatoes and my friend had a roast dinner. The cafe was lovely and clean and nicely decorated. Our food was delicious, service was excellent and overall it was very good value for money. I will definitely be back.

Been for a meal today bout 12pm.had the medium breakfast.really nice breakfast great value for money.other times iv had the roast dinner also hot beef baguettes which is probably my favourite. All the staff are fantastic so happy and friendly.yes sometimes there is a bit of a queue to order but it's so popular.once you've ordered it's brought to your table really quickly. Would recommend if your in Hanley worth a visit.
AMAZING!!! called in today, first time ever. Wow, food is absolutely amazing. Had homemade burger and wedges. BEST BURGER I have ever had. Super succulent, packed with right amount of herbs, bacon on burger was great with perfect amount of cheese, wedges were piping hot I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!! I highly recommend especially if you love burgers like myself, staff are super friendly and welcoming. I will be looking forward to my next visit here soon with friends.
