   Although never had any problems as always been really reliable, but this week I was left totally disappointed with the service I received. I originally booked my car in for first thing Friday morning, but had spare time and phoned up and arranged to bring my car in earlier .....on Thursday lunchtime! Was told that was ok and someone would put it on the diagnostic system and ring me back to let me know whatwas wrong. I waited and waited and eventually rang them at just past 11 to be told that they had some mot cars in but was just going to look at my car and would get back to me I sat and waited til 2pm and decided to ring back too be told yet again was still not done and someone was going to call me shortly .....still no call so rang back at 4pm too be told that was something they couldn't do so said I'd collect my vehicle. Too have originally booked my vehicle in this should of been sorted first as told and too be told all day someone would call me back and never did was bad service. No I am really dubious whether too use this garage again as so upset as service I got was totally unacceptable and unprofessional

   I was there about 10 days ago. I travelled from Bournemouth to Northampton getting a puncture on route and I arrived here no pre-booking on my spare wheel the blokes were friendly fast at changing onto a new wheel and it was decent value for money! Thoroughly recommend. Cheers!

   I just have to leave this review after such an amazing experience today with this garage. Namely I dealt with Cory from start to finish who was absolutely outstanding. When I called he was very informative and I was able to be seen a few hours later. My car is my pride and joy, and Cory treated the car as his own (which was clear to see). He rectified the exhaust on my car which had been poorly fitted by a so called "BMW specialist" and yet Cory mastered the job to an exceptional level way beyond my expectations. It now sits and sounds completely different, I'm over the moon. I cannot praise this individual enough for the amazing job he is doing. An asset to the company and I will absolutely be back in future. Thanks a lot guys, keep up the great work.
