   Once I made appointment, they send another email if I can come earlier. But twice they cancelled those appointment and never apologise nor call me. I have to call to make new appointments and twice they cancelled again! Sorry this wasted my time more than twice and I am very happy to change better one. Btw of course I'm talking about private appointments.

   Needed an emergency dental appointment on Friday just passed. They saw me within an hour. The dentist was kind, caring, provided various options and wasn't pushing me down the most expensive route either. So I'm very pleased with the overall service.

   Was referred to Spire dental by 111 after having a wisdom tooth break. I'm very anxious around dentists and needles which was explained to the dental surgeon before proceeding, they took the time to listen and made sure I was good to carry on throughout the procedure. I highly recommend Spire for there time and professionalism and will now be looking to join the practice privately.

   I had to book an appointment for tooth extraction earlier this week and tried a few dentists but nobody could help. We contacted spire dental and got a nice helpful lady who booked me in mid week. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, and the treatment I received was first class even calling me the day after to make sure I was ok. Highly recommend this business to everyone.    Can't fault the team in anyway at all. I was seen too quite quickly, the place was clean, staff were polite, friendly and tentative. My treatment was quick, thorough and honest. The dentist answered all my questions and I even received a follow up to ensure I was pain free. Wouldn't hesitate to go back, all the staff were lovely from start to finish

   After 8 years of avoiding the dentist after previous trauma.. I visited sabrina the dentist today and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease, her dental assistant was also very friendly and comforting. I will no longer avoid the dentist or he afraid. Thank you.

   Avoid Richard Etok for dental. I can’t comment on the practice itself but I can comment on, and strongly advise against, using Dr Richard Etok for any dental treatment. He totally botched and let down scores of people - including myself - leaving me with extreme low confidence and huge bills of corrective treatment. He was struck off for months but there was no care or apologies for any of the number of people who he completely let down. And the arrogance at his profile listing Harley Street - where he ‘treated’ us is a kick in the teeth. And so if I can prevent this happening from even one other person then I will. PLEASE AVOID RICHARD ETOK.

   Another visit to Conor. What a refreshing dentist, he always explains what he’s doing rather than jumping straight into your mouth and prodding about. He is super gentle and although I didn’t need any work would certainly recommend him to anyone who is at all anxious about the dental visit.
