   I recently visited hygienist Kim for the second time and once again she impressed me with her exceptional care. She truly has a magic touch, her hands are gentle, precise and make the whole procedure feel effortless. I am amazed at how comfortable and completely pain free the experience is with her. Kim is professional and genuinely skilled at what she does. I am very happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a hygienist who makes you feel relaxed and well taken care of.

   I use a mixture of NHS and private dental care depending on my needs and I've been using the Chrysalis Dental Practice for a few years now. The staff are always polite and friendly and the dental care is not only excellent, they offer a wide range of services. My check-ups are NHS but, sometimes there are things the the NHS just can't provide: two of my front teeth are Chrysalis implants. It's true they cost a few bob but for my self esteem alone, they were worth every penny. My last visit was to the hygienist for a de-coke. A comfortable experience well executed.

   I’ve visited this dental practice four times over the past few months due to ongoing issues with a tooth, and I can honestly say the experience has been excellent each time. The reception staff are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which really helps put you at ease from the moment you walk in. My dentist, Nihir Shah, has been fantastic throughout every visit. He always takes the time to explain what needs to be done, talks me through each step of the treatment, and makes sure I’m comfortable before starting. His calm and professional manner has really helped ease my anxiety about dental work. I’m very pleased with the outcome, I highly recommend this practice — you’re in very good hands here

   A great dental practice. All the staff are great but my dentist, Dr Hussain, is absolutely brilliant. I contacted the practice several years ago, as a new patient interested in Invisalign.    Ask for Dr. Hussein I have recently registered with this dental practice. I have been schejuled for a checkup, and was assigned a certain Dr. Hussein. He was brilliant, professional, and extremely polite. After checking my general dental health, and finding an issue, he seated me down, walked me throug the two most likely causes of what seems to be a root cause of my dental problems, in excellent detail, and in a very informative presetation style, one that left me feeling like I was a person just like the doctor. Overall, the experience was great, and I highly recomment the practice, and especially the Doctor. 10/10

   Horrible experience. Partner got referred here and went in for an extraction. She came out having a panic attack with blood smeared across her face. They were horrible and mean with no concern to how she felt and the pain. No care about how she had a panic attack either. Would avoid at all costs.

   Got referred here after another dentist had difficulty with an extraction, arrived early and was welcomed kindly, the extraction was 5-10 minutes, was asked if I'm alright multiple times and if I had any pain throughout the short procedure. The staff done a fantastic job of making sure it was a pleasant experience. Thank you!

   I was referred to Chrysalis for a tooth extraction, Firstly Thank you to the lady who I had contact with to set up the appointment you was professional and helpful, even better I was given a appointment reminder day before, on arrival you have decent sized parking, walking into Chrysalis was pretty smooth considering you have automatic door straight from the car park, I was greeted by a dental nurse at reception who so happened was part of my tooth extraction, she was very professional and friendly did a fantastic job at reception and part of the tooth extraction, best part of my experience was the dentist I saw sorry I don't know your name however very professional made sure I was okay and just the job in general left me very impressed, I highly recommend Chrysalis going to any dentist can be nervous but I was made to feel I was in the right place what more do you want, massive thank you To everyone at Chrysalis.

   I had an implant today which I was very well informed of what to expect so I was not nervous . The treatment was intense but I felt nothing and each step was explained as we progressed I was constantly being asked if I was alright and if I needed a rest but I had no problem at all. The staff were very kind and the atmosphere was very relaxed,a good experience all round. The care taken to make sure we were a safe from the covid virus was nothing short of excellent. I have been a patient of Dr Patel for many years and he has always been an excellent dentist and very caring person.
