   Called Sunday 9am. Appointment 1.45pm. Lovely, quiet reception area and staff. Medical history/consent forms to fill using a touch screen, so leave plenty of time before appointment if you have a complicated medical history to complete, as this takes longer than using paper forms. Saw a lovely female dentist and female nurse - I can’t recall names sorry, otherwise I would use them here, but they were both very kind, gentle and clear. I was in shocking pain, knew I needed x-ray and antibiotics urgently, The examination was fully explained at every stage, and done slowly and with the aim to cause minimum discomfort. X-rays taken quickly and findings thoroughly explained along with further potential treatment should this re-occur and should I wish to have treatment here. Absolutely no pressure to do this though. No hard sell. Cost was £25, taken over phone for initial deposit, £9 x-rays, £30 antibiotics (I chose to pay this and take them direct from The Hub, rather than take a prescription and find a Sunday chemist - even though I’m entitled to free prescriptions). So £64 in total, which I consider to be very reasonable indeed for a same day, emergency appointment, examination and treatment. Cheaper than my actual dentist on a weekday! I was delighted with my experience here. I had looked at the reviews in advance of booking to get an idea and hoped that I was reading genuine reviews. I have nothing but good to say about my personal experience. All other patients coming and going also seemed very happy with their outcomes.

   Could not wish for a better experience. Contacted the Hub, after being in pain with an infected and loose back tooth, in the early hours of Sunday morning. I was given an appointment at midday on Sunday. The service was five star, very professional but caring. A delightful young man extracted the tooth. Made me feel extremely comfortable and I left feeling well looked after. It was an easy procedure from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

   An incomparable level of care and truly outstanding service - 5 stars isn’t enough. I called for an emergency appointment and was seen within 45 minutes! From the moment I walked in, Ellie and the reception team made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. DR Balal and his assistant Emily provided the best care and treatment I have ever received. Both were incredibly friendly, genuine, and understanding. They recognised my sensory issues and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel rushed or uneasy, and the treatment was completely painless. After years of back-and-forth appointments and feeling dismissed in NHS practices, I finally received the relief and clear next steps I needed to change my physical health and lifestyle. The finance options and aftercare are unmatched (I even got a sticker.) I genuinely couldn’t recommend this practice enough — life-changing results delivered by an exceptional, highly experienced team. I will never go to another dentist. If you want real results and a pain-free experience, this is the place to go. These guys truly are the best in the business there’s no doubt.

   I’ll be honest, I’d never really paid much attention to my teeth before. After finally getting my oral health back on track, I decided it was time to do something about how they looked. I wasn’t very happy with my smile, but Dr Balal Khan completely changed that. He started me on Invisalign Go, which straightened everything out great. Once that was done, I went ahead with whitening, and I’ve just finished my composite bonding. Honestly, the results are fantastic. My teeth look amazing, and I can’t believe the difference. I never thought I’d actually be happy with my smile, but now I’m absolutely over the moon. Dr Balal Khan has completely transformed my confidence, I can’t thank him enough!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Dr. Balal Khan enough! He did composite bonding for me, and the results are amazing. The before and after photos speak for themselves! The level of detail he put into my treatment is unreal, my teeth look so natural and just perfect. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and it’s really boosted my confidence. If you’re thinking about getting composite bonding, I’d definitely recommend Dr. Khan. He’s professional, kind, and really knows what he’s doing!

   Margarita and her dental nurse Amulet were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond - squeezing me onto the end of their busy day and staying late to provide a temporary crown after mine had broken. 3 weeks later, my permanent crown was fitted and I am so pleased with the results. Both were so kind throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. Would recommend the practice to all my friends and family.

   Despite a difficult price to accept, in a desperate situation I had to cough it up. So the least you can want is the best service and treatment, communication and comfort. And I had all of that from Dr. Solo and his nurse Sophie. Terrific guys and very assuring, clearly great chemistry with each other and made for a comforting experience when having a tooth extraction. Sophie was quick to his demands and assertive and very comforting all at once and Dr. Solo was very assured and communicative throughout. Checked I regularly and made me extremely comfortable. Highly recommended and if you get these guys you're in safe hands, that's a promise!

   Broke a tooth a few weeks ago. From the moment I called on the Saturday night the service was absolutely fantastic. I ended up needing a crown, which as a nervous patient was my worst nightmare. Gulelala however was absolutely brilliant and really helped to calm me down. I cannot recommend this practice enough and going forward will not go anywhere else for my treatment. Thank you.

   I attended an emergency appointment. The process was flawless, I was seen on the appointed time by a thoroughly attentive dentist who explained all the available options to me clearly. I felt at ease whilst being treated which is something I dont usually experience with dentists. I read the previous reviews before attending today and was skeptical of the high praises but can easily say they are justified. Great service.

   I knew I needed a wisdom tooth removed but as a very nervous patient I had put off treatment for far too long. I ended up having to book an emergency appointment at The Hub Dental Practice and was seen by Max and Ryan. I can honestly say I have never experienced such amazing treatment, Max took his time and explained everything and wouldn’t start treatment into I was ready. He really put me at ease and I couldn’t believe how quick the procedure was. Definitely built my confidence and won’t leave it as long to be seen again!
