   I was very disappointed with the way my case was dealt with on Friday 12.12.25. Called in to say that I was in extreme and agonising pain due to my infected tooth and the dental work that was done the night before. I was advised to either have the tooth extracted or get antibiotics prescription. I chose the antibiotics prescription as I was in extreme pain. I was then advised by the receptionist that I would receive a call back to let me know when the prescription was ready to collect. I was given this advise around 10:00 am in the morning and didn't hear back so I called them at 3pm no answer, then 4pm, and the phone just kept ringing out or I was left on hold for over 30 to 40 minutes without still no answer I then left 2 messages requesting someone to call me back and let me know if my prescription was ready to pick up. Unfortunately I didn't receive any call back, and yet I was reassured that I was going to recieve my antibiotics prescription. I had other options to go else where, but cancelled them because I thought I was in the right hands. The inconvenience and horrible pain I had to go through, just because I trusted this clinic and thought they would be of any assistance! Very disappointed with their services and I hope to never use them again! Having 2 receptionists at the counter would make you think things would be done quick and professionally.

   I’ve been going MK Dental Clinic for a few years now and always love coming back because the team are caring, friendly and do an excellent job. I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist or hygienist. Attend the practice for my yearly check up with dentist and hygienist. Saw Ravi and he was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. First time meeting Oana she was very polite, explained everything to me, caring and very good at her job. Left the practice with a smile as always.

   I visited MK Dental Clinic and was quite disappointed. After examining my teeth and asking about my diet and routine, they didn’t explain anything about my dental condition or give any feedback. When I asked questions about maintaining my teeth, they just said it would be discussed in the next appointment. Instead, they asked me to book two more appointments, one for an X-ray and another for hygiene, without explaining the purpose of the current visit. I expected at least some insight or advice, but got none. The whole experience felt unhelpful and gave the impression they were pushing for extra appointments unnecessarily. Waste of money with this appointment. I strongly do not refer this clinic to anyone. Reply to your response: I declined the X-ray because the procedure and reasons for recommending further examination were not clearly explained to me. I also chose not to book the complimentary appointment, as I did not feel it would address my concerns, I am not seeking incentives for a positive review. The experience should be consistent from the first appointment, and I believe the team should follow proper procedures regardless of whether it is a first or follow-up visit.

   Excellent dentist!! I didn't have to travel far as I live local. I was in pain and was able to be seen on the same day, twice. I've seen two different Drs and both were very kind and understanding, two different lots of antibiotics and I'm starting to feel better :) I would highly recommend this surgery, weather private or NHS (yes NHS!!) Thank you so much for helping me! ❤️

   I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The receptionist who called me on 8 September 2025, was incredibly kind and caring she even asked how I was managing with my newborn baby, which meant a lot to me. Dr. Ravikumar is an excellent dentist – very thorough, precise, and efficient. The treatment was done quickly but with great attention to quality. The whole team shows genuine care for their patients, and the atmosphere at the clinic is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional dental care

   After a long period of fear of the Dentist was recommended MK Dental Clinic, staff were amazing and very reassuring, have been going here for nearly 20 years now. I moved 16 years ago and still make the 40 odd mile round trip for regular check ups and visits to the hygienist. Very soon after visiting my fears of the dentist went away. I can honestly say visits to the dentist are actually enjoyable, friendly staff and excellent service. Would highly recommend especially if you has a fear of dentist's they are very reassuring. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Extremely happy with the level of treatment and care provided by MK Dental Clinic. Highly recommend Mr Carlo Vitiello who is a very experienced and caring dentist and has been treating my son.    I have been looked after by this dentist for almost two years now. My teeth are now much much whiter and gums are healthy again. The clinic is clean and tidy. One is greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. Next appointments are made quickly and efficiently based on clinical need and they also take into account when I can be available. I would continue to highly recommend this dental clinic.
