First time with having a water hygienist treatment which was interesting but very effective and mostly pain free, I saw the benefits right away so thanks Joanna see you in six months.
I've avoided the dentist for over 10 years due to a horrendous experience at another practice. After awful toothache I had to be seen and registered at Two Mile Ash. Today I had a wisdom tooth out and met Gemini and Mo, they're simply amazing. I didn't feel anything, not even the dreaded needle. Gemini is the most wonderful dentist, she is funny, engaging and listened to my concerns. She explained everything and talked me through the procedure all whilst Mo was organising everything in the background like clockwork. My dental fear is now over and I'm actually excited to have a filling soon and I cannot believe I'm saying that. Thank you Gemini and Mo you're the best!!
Very positive experience at Two Mile Ash dental practice. Friendly reception greeting very calm which is great when you're nervous! Had a filling done totally painfree and hygienist session with Tina who was so kind and informative showed me how to brush properly and did the best scale and polish i have ever had! I will be returning. Thank you for a 5 star service.
I am a relatively new patient here as my previous practice could not perform the procedure, which was a tooth extraction. Well to sa I was nervous and anxious before going to the dentist is an understatement. From the begining Gemini & Mo were amazing, the inital consultation was very clear, they took time to ensure I knew what problems I had and the best approach to address it. The day of the extraction I was super anxious still, however from the moment I entered the treatment room I was met with calm and friendly team. The actual extraction was much quicker and less painful than I had convinced myself. The process was exactly how it was described, with Gemini constantly asking if I needed a break, which I didn't. Overall I highly recommend this practice, I have made the decision to move over here for all my procedures going forward. Thank You Very Much Conor.
I have been using this practice for over 20 years and have always received excellent help and protection. The new owners are highly qualified dental surgeons and treat you professionally, putting you at ease and work efficiently. The hygienists have been with the practice as long as I have been going and are also very efficient and friendly.
The care I have received from Anu and her dental nurse has been exceptional. Having a tricky cap to be fitted Anu has taken her time to ensure that everything was perfect and her attention to detail excellent! I cannot not recommend this dental practice enough. Excellent service from everyone I have encountered there. A big thank you.
Very clean, friendly and understanding practice. I never felt guilty over why my teeth needed treatment - the staff treated me kindly and with respect, with clear and practical methods to improve my health moving forward. They were very kind when I was nervous or upset, and I feel exceedingly confident in their care.
Was recommended by a friend, and they have been brilliant. Everyone at reception so friendly and helpful, Alex who I saw initially was lovely and made me feel at ease, and especially Gemini and Mo who did an extraction whilst grappling with my fear of dentists and a nasty infection. Was gentle and gave me time to break, explained everything thoroughly. Will not be neglecting my dental health anymore now they've given me full confidence to go back regularly. Thanks so much
One of the best dental experiences that I have ever had. Polite and attentive receptionist, as well as first class treatment. I have a phobia about dentists, but I had to have a tooth removed and it was pain free. The dentist and her assistant were first class and really attentive. They made sure that I was comfortable and were patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend Two Mile Ash dentistry and they will be my go to when I need dental care again.
