I had an appointment at 13:50 today and I found all the staff professional and efficient. The Dentist was clearly very skilled and along with his staff I felt that they were very considerate towards me and that I was very well taken care of. Many thanks to them all for their patience. Jim
I read a lot of reviews of Victoria Promenade dental practice and none was a bad one. I went and saw for myself that they are truly good. Linda attended to me and she really showed care and professionalism and the dental nurse was good as well. It is really a good place to be.
Really good experience today with the new dentist. She's the first one I've had that took the time and effort to show and explain what she was doing and found (it was just a check up). Liked the new self service check in too. Much better than the old paper version.
Very happy that my tooth has been dealt with although I haven’t tried eating on it yet. Thank you. Also thanks are due to the hygienist at my last appointment who did a brilliant job and also the receptionist who is so nice. And my thanks also to the dental nurse. Very happy!
I arrived 5 mins early for the appointment and was seen after about 10 minutes, so very quick for the time of day. All the staff were friendly and helpful, with the dentist himself being personal and professional. As usual a great service from this dental practice.
Worst dentist even I'm a NHS patient I waited months for a appointment to have filling. And I keeped being texted to make sure I was coming I even got a phone call the day before to make sure I was going to turn up . So the next day on arrival I was told the dentist was ill and that we would have to make another appointment which I did .for another 3 months wait . And some again the dentist was ill again !!! This dentist doesn't want NHS patients I wish there would just be straight with me . ( AVOID)
After having Dr Lall for many years, who I could not fault. Kind ,gentle and explained all that he did. He has moved practices I was apprehension of the new dentist. The new dentist called Daci is a quiet spoken chap but gentle and explained what he would recommend. Second visit he was more relaxed and friendly The reception staff have all been excellent, there does seems to be a change but equally good.
The best dentist in Northampton been coming here to see this dentist since 2010 he really is amazing 100% recommend. Friendly, understanding and patient.
been with this dentist since i was a child (25 years) usually i cannot fault them however it appears i get reminders that check ups are due yet unable to make an appointment as no availability. i am also in need of a filling and provided an appointment in 3 months time. looking to move to a different dentist in hope i can actually see one.
