   They scanned my mouth, provided me with a bag of 20 invisaligners in Oct. 2024 I have been trying to contact them but nobody answer the phone and the practice seems to be shut down. They are supposed to remove the studs on my teeth but they have not even checked up on me for once over the past 6 months. They called me up and canceled the single appointment that I had. I think they have gone broke.

   My experience with MyClinique has been absolutely appalling. None of the services were ever delivered. Communication was a complete nightmare—they ignore emails, don't answer calls, and even closed the clinic without any notice. It’s beyond frustrating to have trusted them with such a significant purchase only to be completely let down. It’s now come to light that MyClinique wasn’t even a properly registered dentistry, and they’ve since shut down following a damning CQC report. According to the CQC’s inspection on 25 June 2024, the clinic was unsafe, unclean, and unprofessional. The findings were shocking. The fact that a place like this was allowed to operate at all is appalling. Patients like me have been left with no treatment, no communication, and no refunds. Avoid this place with a barge pole. For anyone else caught up in this mess, I strongly recommend pursuing legal action. This clinic has caused unnecessary stress, wasted money, and failed its patients entirely.

   Outstanding service I received from Myclinique, with the team; special thanks to Julie, who was welcoming and ensured everything went smoothly; special thanks to my dentist, Dr. Lynda, for being so patient. She really took her time, spending extra time with my sensitive teeth, even if it meant taking more time than expected to make sure everything was done smoothly. Ben was amazing, looking after my care and guiding me through the procedures I needed. Finally, a special mention to Jona, the assistant manager, who was always kind and helped me with rescheduling, urgent reviews, and was so considerate of my travel journey. If I had to go through the whole procedure again, I would 100% choose Myclinique. They made my journey to a great smile enjoyable and convenient.

   My teeth are much whiter and straighter than before treatment with Myclinique. I was also offered a free check up as part of the service which I happily took. All staff have been friendly and helpful and I've recieved the results I was hoping for. I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their teeth!

   I would first like to thank Dr Mark Buddha and his team for this amazing experience. I decided to start this journey due to feeling insecure when smiling around people because I had huge gaps. The team have been amazing during consultation and when I started wearing the aligners.However, after almost a year I am able to smile whenever I want without feeling scared or judged. My Invisalign journey lasted roughly 7-9 months and unfortunately it has come to an end now. I would surely recommend myclinique to whoever want to improve their smile and teeth!! You will all surely enjoy your journey and build a great rapport with the team.

   I have been having treatment with Dr Mark at MyClinique for around 2 years. I had a clear, honest & free consultation before deciding how to proceed. A fixed price was agreed for bone augmentation, implant and Invisalign. The treatment had some complexities (which Mark told me may be the case) but these were dealt with expertly. All the staff are amazing, special call out to Lisa who was always available to answer any questions and provide reassurance. I finished my treatment with some composite bonding from Ash supported by Angelina. Both are superb, Ash is a complete professional and perfectionist. Highly recommend MyClinique.
