   I visited The Elms today, very nervous about dental practices and haven't been for ages. I was made very relaxed and the dentist was very kind and understanding, she went through everything, I was so releaved, I do need to have a couple of fillings, but it does make a big difference to have lovely staff.    Amazing service all round, first time seeing this particular dentist, went in for a family appointment, with 2 special needs children 1 non verbal, and the staff (without knowing this) managed to put them at ease, help them through a check up and even preformed an extraction on younger with a troublesome baby tooth that wouldn't fall out. all left with big smiles and the boys are looking forward to there next checkup with confidence. 5 star all round

   I had an appointment with Sangeetha this morning, and I have to say I thought she was really good. Very pleasant and polite, and she gave me a good check over and checked out some concerns I had, and advised me of a remedy. Top marks from me. The receptionist I spoke to was also very polite and friendly.

   The staff and friendly and knowledgeable, the practice is clean, although a little clinical, a few magazines to read would be a nice touch as waiting can be frustrating. All in all a good practice, the only down side are prices! I recently attended a hygienist appointment and it cost me £120, thank goodness l only have them every 6 months.

   Excellent. Been with the practice since 1980 and all dentists and staff have always given good, caring service. The technology works....communication/reminders etc very good. Appointments easily made and recent extraction was brilliantly undertaken....I had to ask if the tooth was actually out! Waiting areas and surgeries well maintained....recently decorated and lighting update noted. Many thanks to all.....keep up the good work!

   I went for a tooth Extraction and I was really nervous and scared, However Fayaz went out of his way with his jokes and made me feel comfortable and at ease and with his colleagues By his side I was able to get through the tooth extraction fully despite I had my eyes close having to hold a nurses hand and music playing it was a 1st time experience for me to be able to put on a brave face big Applauds to all 3 who stayed by my side and supported me through this (can’t remember the other nurses names they were with Fayaz).
