   ⭐ 1-Star Review Visited: 17/11/25 at 8:50am – Market Drayton Costa I never usually leave reviews, but today’s visit left me genuinely shocked. The two staff members on shift were unbelievably rude — no greeting, no manners, and an attitude from the moment I walked in. What makes it worse is that when I’ve been in the past, the service has always been very good. Today was the complete opposite. This is easily the rudest Costa I’ve ever been into, and after this morning I’ll be avoiding this branch altogether. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

   Good range of drinks and snacks, the only thing I thought could be better was on arrival not a single member of staff could be seen not even at the till, after a few minutes someone did come out the back and served but without apology but otherwise good service, and there was no bell to ring for service either.

   Was served by 2 really lovely girls, they were so efficient and kind. It was busy and we ordered a vanilla flat white / oat latte. Both were beautifully made by the barista, with latte art and everything! Despite it being busy they kept on top of clearing tables and were chatty and friendly to us and other customers. Best costa I've been to yet! The girls working on a Saturday are an asset to the company. We will be returning !

   The staff were pleasant and coffee was good. But the entry steps were filthy and the outside area was dirty with fag buts over the floor( no doubt blown out of the uncovered ashtrays - come on Costa clean your act up ..

   Excellent service from staff, lovely relaxing atmosphere, extremely clean and tidy cafe. We visited many times in the week for a coffee and toast plus sometimes a cake. Thank you to all the staff you are a great team always pleasant and accommodating

   A great Costa Coffee and very clean and nicely decorated. We had a slice of Carrot cake to share between us and it was tasty and moist. Even though we had to have our large Costa lattes in take out cups, they were well prepared and tasty. Thanks Costa Coffee Market Drayton for an enjoyable experience...hopefully next time we'll be offered our favourite coffees in proper glassware mugs or cups...
