   This is probably the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. The staff are not only incredibly rude and unhelpful they also will go to extraordinary lengths to be obstructive and difficult. I absolutely pity anyone with communication difficulties! Put your health in the hands of these incompetent fools at your own peril the business should be investigated and closed down until all the staff have been retrained to deal with the public.

   After being turned away from 3 different pharmacies, I was feeling awful as a mum, but finally I was listened to and treated with respect here. They advised me what to do, as the medication I needed for my son was on shortage, so I took their advice and I was able to get my 2 year old son the correct antibiotics he needed. Noone else was willing to help me or tell me what to do that day, so I really appreciate the team at this pharmacy.

   Both my wife and I have regular monthly large prescriptions to collect. We are sent a message to say when they are ready with a clear indication which prescription is ready. In short an excellent service, very occasional blips but overall I cannot thank the staff enough for their polite and efficient service. Pharmacists are an essential part of all our lives and do not get enough recognition or thanks.

   This pharmacy is my only local one , l am fed up to see lots of essential stuff is constantly out of stock! Such as Covid tests , codamol tablets , anti virus mouth wash! I had to drive 5 miles both ways to get a decent medication from boots . And staff attitude is bad as well , that are not really sorry for you , distant apology and defence is not helpful . Shame we could have a different pharmacy provider at that location which will provide a much much better service for locals .

   Visited on 20/12/22 and according to the receipt issued was served by Jack the Pharmacist. I needed advice on a chest infection coupled with possible Laryngitis. This chap literally stopped what he was doing and spoke to me. I thought I was going to have to wait but no. He was as pleasant as pleasant could be and so kind and friendly. He went into detail about what what I should and shouldn't do. By the end of what essentially was a free 20 minute consultation I was left feeling much more reassured. I can't really praise this man enough. As a general note, I have always found the people here to be very friendly. Kindest Regards Sean Chambers 20/12/22

   Never the same staff two months in a row, despite ordering medication from the dr having the same prescription each month always items missing or not ordered! Please staff the shop property with the same staff to give a better service just very poor altogether. I wish we had another chemist locally! I can’t understand how the shop is so shambolic, clearly the company ‘Well’ don’t give a hoot about their customers or their staff being over worked! No wonder they can’t keep the same staff!

   The Well pharmacy is of great service to me. I’m not a local to the area, but visit family, a lot. They order my medication without a prescription from me, (Many chemists will not do this.) they have what I need, which is a difficult medication to order and obtain. The phone system was once difficult to talk to someone but that has improved over the last year. It can take 15/20 minutes sometime waiting, that’s because they’re dealing with other customers. Polite and to the point service. Down side is that there reading glasses display is really dusty&dirty and is not managed well. I expect it’s run by a separate, outside company. The glasses are poor quality and fall apart very easily. 4Stars out of 5Stars
