   Looks like they have changed ownership - terrible customer service skills - guy with black hair and glasses just stood there doing nothing whilst a queue built up - when I was eventually served I was a day too early to pick up a prescription (it now takes 4 days not 2) and he had the nerve to say 'nice try'!! Avoid.

   This pharmacy is the best I’ve ever used. I’ve used it for several years now and it has always been excellent. They usually have my regular meds in stock but if not they order them in as quickly as possible. My surgery sends prescriptions directly through to them. I was sad when they started closing earlier (6pm instead of 7pm) because it was brilliant for those who could not get to a pharmacy until after work, but I can understand they want to go home sometimes. The staff are helpful, kind and always busy. I can’t praise this pharmacy enough

   Literally logged onto an account (I haven’t used for years) to just write a review about this horrendous little chemist. My 70 year old mother got confused about medication and the manager behind the till was incredibly rude. Saying she ‘has mucked up their system’. Oh I’m sorry, everyone is a dispenser are they? How dare you speak to my mother like this. She came home in a state. We already hate living here due to the rudeness of most people and you’ve confirmed this to us further. Great job! Oh and what chemist in 2025 has a lunch break?! Absolutely bloody stupid opening times for important medication needs. Go elsewhere and let’s hope this place closes down, they don’t deserve your custom.

   We have used this pharmacy since we moved here nearly 16 years ago . We have always received excellent service and advice and staff and pharmacists have always been polite and helpful. I have to depend on home delivery I can still say the service is excellent. Never had to wait longer than two days for delivery and dometimes they hzve been delivered on same day or following to putting order in on line. I would also like to thank the gentleman who delivered my medication with a smile whatever the weather. Apologies for not knowing his name.

   Unfortunately this pharmacy has gone downhill in recent years. Opening hours aren't as extensive as they used to be. I was issued a new prescription by my doctor, but kept being told to come back later as they didn't have it ready yet. In the end, I couldn't pick it up until the following morning. Apparently they were a day behind due to the bank holiday, which makes me wonder why they didn't pay the staff overtime to catch up on the backlog. It was quite distressing to see elderly and vulnerable patients being turned away and told to come back later. I have now signed up for home deliveries of my repeat prescriptions with a different provider.

   I can't believe the pharmacist who wears the turban I think his name is jas. The guy who I guess is constantly being complained about. is allowed to be in charge, he questioned why I need the medication so much. You don't question people, he's extremely rude in the way he talks and the staff could at least crack a smile only 2 members of staff are actually nice. But this jas fella just looked at me in such a negative way and was so rude. I'm going to do all I can to have this guy investigated as I'm one of many people who have a bad experience with him. The staff just huff and look so moody all the time, had to change pharmacy as if I carried on going I would of been banned for kicking off at them all. Absolute joke of a pharmacy. I hope this jas guy has a really horrible rest of his days. He's a nasty human being.

   I wish I could give less than one star. Most other pharmacies will give emergency prescriptions. This one won’t. They often mess up my partners prescription and even when he’s been in with a slip ALREADY SIGNED by the doctor, they still say it’ll be days before it’s ready. There is only one helpful member of staff in there. The rest don’t seem to care or are rude. Will definitely be changing as soon as possible!

   Absolutely appalling service. Script presented on Monday for a liquid diet after a month in hospital with major bowel surgery. It's now Wednesday and I've still not got my liquid food as prescribed to me by my consultant, and im told it will be 2 more days. To leave a patient in need like this is barbaric. I resolved my issue by going to Boots, a proper pharmacy. I have been lied to daily. DO NOT USE this pharmacy!! The staff are incompetent and ignorant, and have no care for customers or their situation.

   Rude, obnoxious, disrespectful pharmacist. Basically told me he didn’t care how he spoke to me, no apology for his disgusting behaviour. People come in to you with all sorts of circumstances, at least try to care, pretend if you can’t actually do it, but don’t treat them like this.

   Doctor wrote note on prescription not to prescribe certain brand of medication for my son. Pharmacist ignored the instructions and ordered the same one. No phone call to check as to why we didn't want this brand. Left waiting for ages whilst they tried to find the prescription with no apology or any apology for not contacting me. Nor did there appear to be any understanding that the medication is for a serious condition. Simply told they're really busy. Not good enough!
