   Staff are really friendly and helpful but I wish they would answer the damn phone!! I've tried ringing them over 50 times in the last 24hrs regarding something urgent and it just rings - no one answers!!

   Really friendly, helpful and fast service. On more than one occasion now this pharmacy has been able to fill a prescription for me the same day after the other one nearby repeatedly said they couldn't get any stock from anywhere, will be making this our go-to pharmacy from now on as is much more reliable and the staff seem very genuinely keen to help

   Wouldn't give them 1 star even! Ever since having the new pharmacist my weekly medication hasn't been right. They would miss out some and give me the next week. I'm disabled and they took me off their delivery service! Don't choose this as your nominated chemist coz they screw up and don't want to accept its their mistake. Find another chemist if you want a trusted one!

   10/10 does not do this pharmacy justice!!! Especially Louise she has gone above and beyond helping my elderly parents out with changing pharmacies and to sort out their delivery of multiple medication’s they have to take, it has been a stressful day and I had no need to worry as her patience, professionalism and humour made the experience easier to solve the situation, well done!

   Had my second jab here, and the staff were very pleasant. That being said, it was advertised on the NHS website as being wheelchair accessible, and it really isn't. Yeah, it has a wheelchair ramp, but at the top of that ramp is a step. The door is also not automatic. Have you ever tried opening a heavy door while in a wheelchair on an incline? That's difficult enough without the little step in the way. Even with someone holding the door, and my partner pushing my wheelchair, it was a huge struggle to get in.
