I hope this railway station was bigger. Car parking can be an issue depending on the time of the day.
Staff are always friendly and helpful never any queues etc and they are open till late aswell
This chemist is excellent. Staff are so helpful. Open hours are brilliant. Only chemist I know open on a Sunday late hours. As walk in Centre In Norwich open till 9.00pm. Really recommend. Thank you
Got sent here by the urgent care centre to pick up some medication because they close at 10pm. I arrived at half past 8 in the pouring rain to find them completely closed with no signs to say why. Poor show.
Bloody ridiculous!! You advertise that you're open till 8pm on a Sunday, so I've rushed here all the way from Taverham. To buy a treatment for my son and you're closed. The sign on the wall, says you're open till 8pm as well but no one is here and I got here at 6:15pm. What a joke!!
Usually they are kind and helpful. I apologise when I have to phone them as service is chaotic at times but now am at my wits end. I use the pharmacy as it's next-door to my medical practice. I am 78 and have had Px delivered for years. I ordered my Px from surgery as early as possible and am desperate to get before Christmas as am going to be out of some meds. soon. On Saturday 18 Dec I phoned to check delivery was scheduled. A woman spoke to me as if I were a naughty child telling me I was stopping her making up prescriptions. She said I wasn't down for deliveries, they had received my Px on 14th and made it up. It wasn't in delivery place and though system said it was made up she couldn't find it anywhere and there was nothing she could do. I've been intimidated from phoning again. Do I wait and see? What if nobody contacts me? What if I run out of meds? They discourage people going to pharmacy as they are busy. It is now 21 Dec.
Really friendly. Cant work miricles but they will try their best to help however they can. Oh, and if you spray the smellies you have to buy them. No Testing!!
