    Not impressed is an understatement! It’s been 2 weeks waiting (issues with prescription codes) but today I went to collect my son’s treatment only after Bupa had called ahead on my behalf. When I got there, stood waiting for 10mins only to be told that they don’t have the stock! They printed out the prescription and told me to go elsewhere! It’s my local pharmacy but I won’t be going back.

    I don't like this chemist, they don't answer their phone, all I want to ask is, is my prescription ready for pick up but I can't coz they don't ever answer. I then have to go there and they tell me it won't be ready untill later or they have to order it in. Waste of my time. And this sanario is happening often. Not good. If they just answer the phone ppleople won't be wasting prescious time.

    I had emergency anti biotics sent to this pharmacy on a Saturday after contacting 111 who had diagnosed me with suspected pneumonia. I was in absolute agony from the burning chest pain and struggling to breathe which had been made worse by having to walk 25 mins to the pharmacy in cold air. ( Not the pharmacy’s fault but I’m mentioning this because it explains the state I was in upon arrival ) Upon arrival I was in such a state I was in tears from pain snd breathless. The pharmacist took 10 minutes to come out ( there was no other customer in the store ) he informed me that they hadn’t received my prescription and that I’d have to travel to the medical centre, Which I told him I don’t have the means to do, it’s already killed me walking there. Is there no way of him chasing it up and he rudely point blank refused. So I said I would call 111 while I sat there and he told me there was no point because they close at 1pm! I made the decision to call 111 back anyway while I sat in the pharmacy. Luckily they answered fast, the guy on the phone asked to speak to the pharmacist to confirm the code for my prescription and the pharmacist again point blank and rudely refused to speak to him and said they would have to call him on the pharmacy phone. Luckily the guy from 111 was very understanding and could sense the pharmacist was being awkward so he called the pharmacy. Once my prescription was ready the pharmacist then proceeded to dump my medication on the counter and walk away, not even explained to me how often I need to take the medicine etc. This guy is clearly in the wrong job. He didn’t show an ounce of compassion for the clear state I was in. Any self respecting medical professional would have offered support and calming advice in these circumstances. I checked my heart rate on my watch and it had peaked to 155 my body was under so much stress from the illness coupled with the distress caused by this arrogant pharmacists attitude to the situation. Was lucky to not end up in an ambulance! Never in my life will I use that pharmacy again, avoid at all costs. He needs his licence removing because he’s unfit to be doing that job!

    I called to see if my prescription was ready, the women on the phone told me they had nothing to do with the well app and refused to even check if my prescription was there, she was very rude and seemed eager to get off the phone. I called a second time and didn't mention the well app and she actually checked this time and it was ready the while time.

    My doctor prescribed me a medication with a specific brand as other brands make me serious unwell - I collected my medication from this pharmacy only to find I was given a non-generic medication therefore incorrect medication. I went to the pharmacy the next day to ask if they could give me the correct order only to have the pharmacist arrogantly telling me that it's exactly the same medication and then lie to me saying it didn't state brand on prescription which it did - After pointing out that it does have the brand on the prescription, I was then informed I was given the non-generic medication as they didn't have the correct brand that was on prescription in stock This is disgusting as I was given the wrong medication intentionally without any mention that they do not have the correct medication in stock. Also, the pharmacist argued with me telling me that they are exactly the same medication yet when I informed them the medication has different fillers inside to which the pharmacist agreed They went from saying it's exactly the same to lying to me to acknowledging their mistake but without a single apology to me I deserved an apology after their mistake also their arrogant behavior towards me also the delay and aggravation they caused me. I would avoid this pharmacy at all cost, unprofessional and quite frankly incompetent giving me the wrong medication.

    I wish I could give less than one star. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to - constantly asking me to come back another day for my prescription and it always seems like the staff are in a flap. They make it SO difficult to stick to a routine of taking medication every day, simply because you can't pick it up when you need it. It's not an issue with the staff as they can only do what they can, but something seriously needs to be done from higher ups.

    What a joke of a chemist! No pharmacist yet again - rang complaints yet again, if I could give 0 stars I would but have to add one to put your review on here. I've told them as a company they should ensure to employ reliable and a regular one at that. I'm writing on behalf of my brother who have regular repeat prescriptions here and they cant even get them organized, this week he is told they're not ready and will be ready next week.Hes a vulnerable person and take what they say not questioning them as to why it isn't ready ect so this is why I'm writing and phoning on his behalf . God help anyone who needs heart medication!

    Listen to me: avoid this pharmacy. You won't get your prescription. You will have the exact same problems as everyone else, as listed below. You won't be "one of the lucky ones". You can call them and they will NEVER answer, just like they never answer anyone else. Avoid. This. Pharmacy. They rarely have my gf's repeat prescription ready on time, even when sorted as far as 1 week in advance. It's not a complex prescription. This time she went without it for 4 days, and we only got it on the 3rd visit after being fobbed off on first 2 visits. She is not meant to have gaps in her prescription, she is borderline suicidal without it, not that this place cares. We're leaving this pharmacy for literally anywhere else
